New to Rindge and looked forward to trying Pizza Haven. Disappointment is everything I experienced. Three pizzas and a calzone later. The pizza is not anything close to good(warm, no hot. The crust is none existant). The calzone had little to no ingredients and was well overdone(more like an overcooked pita bread with a little inside. I can’t bring myself to try to again because I don’t see how they can possibly rise above two stars(I gave one star simply because we didn’t wait for the order long). Sorry for the bad review but I need to be honest.

They ain’t lying when they say pizza with attitude. The staff is … Quite rude. And I don’t get why we can’t take beer to the outside seating?!? Not even if we put it in cups ?! It’s so weird ! The food was ok, tho quite cheap. Honestly I’m not in the best place to judge on the food though, because this was after a 5 hour hike of Mt. Manodnock and I was starving: p go here if you were in my position haha

The food is OK but not the best. They sell fried mushrooms but without any kind of dressing to dip in and so they don’t taste great. It’s decent for something quick but not if you expect something amazing.

Oh Pizza Haven… They are not kidding when they say«Pizza with attitude», as the younger folks who work here are pretty rude and curt for the most part. You often feel as though you are inconveniencing them for patronizing the place. That aside, the food is reasonably priced and I do enjoy enough that I have continued to go back throughout the years. The dining area is small and can be tough to deal with if it’s packed with FPU kids. On another positive note, I brought a large group of my students(30 – 40) and the owners were both super helpful and super friendly. As usual… I’ll be back.

oof, garbage. Tried a few different menu items here, but most were pretty bad. Pizza was bland, steak and cheese was undercooked, and the ham and cheese was market basket quality(which is fine, but I expect better at a hometown pizza shop). Not sure if the people behind the counter were owners, but they were older and inattentive. I will say that the birds I fed the pizza crust to didn’t complain, so, there’s that.

I am from the West Coast and there is nothing that comes even close to a Pizza Haven grinder! It is our first stop when arriving and our last meal on our drive back to Logon Airport before we fly home. The food is awesome, the grilled beef with onion, cheese, and their mayo is the perfect combination. The pizza is also awesome and comparable to our Little Italy’s back home. The owners are friendly and welcome us back as though we are family.

Decent pizza. I think their subs are better than the pizza. Crust is thinner crust style and they do offer some creativity which is nice. Salads are decent but not distinctive in any way. Wish they delivered.

Wow I don’t know what’s happened in the last year but this place is a great place to get a pizza in Rindge. The parking Lot is always packed on Friday’s and Saturdays. The owners are some of the nicest people who really care about their customers. They do cater to the local college, with big deliveries for sports teams and alumni events. It seems like every month or 2 they come out with something new, be it a 5 cheese pizza, gluten free which is delicious! Now they’re coming out with subs too, I haven’t tried them but next time I’m visiting family up there I’ll be sure to stop on by and test them out. It’s always good to see a family establishment too. The owners kids can be seen from time to time working their as well. Plus I just found their FB page where they offer $ 2 off a $ 10 purchase every Friday with the word of the day!

I’m from NY and pizza here is simply not the same(or even comparable) to NY. Pizza Haven is comparable to Pizza Hut or Domino’s pizza. It’s not bad by any means but definitely not NY pizza! It has typical New England small pie size. Does offer lots of topping options and fried food choices. VERY friendly local staff. I suggest the pesto pizza which is interesting and quite good. One other review said not good for kids and required a sports coat– wrong on both accounts. If you’re looking for some good thin crust large slice fresh toppings pizza check out Grappelis in Peterborough– AMAZING.

Foods ok when they get the order right(which is hardly ever), its a pizza joint so you can’t have too high expectations to begin with going in. But it still left me to wonder why the chicken in my chicken parm tasted like it sat in the back of the freezer to soak up all the different flavors of the fridge. By the way, bring cash, they don’t accept cards.

I don’t like any pizza around here that is not wood fired. This is about the same. Small pies that have something off about them, between the crust, the sauce, and the cheese, nothing seems to be right. Even for the typical greek style pizza that people seem to love in new england, this doesn’t hit the mark. And they only take cash, which is irritating.

Backwoods greasy dive serving pizza with rubbery crust and stale cheese, along with some fried foods and sandwiches. This place sucks big time. My favorite memory of this place is when I came here very drunk, ate a pizza and then immediately threw it all up in the parking lot.
