I recently had my computer fixed with Vahan’s computer service and it works so well now. A technician arrived in a timely fashion to come pick up my computer. They kept me updated on what was wrong and gave me a thorough explanation of how they went through the process of fixing my system. These guys are computer whizzes. I tend to get lost when it comes to tech stuff. The staff has a lot of patience and was really good at assessing what I needed. Basically my computer received the death sentence of the blue screen and I wasn’t sure if I wanted a new one or not. I haven’t had to pick out a new computer in +10 years (at least) and the staff actually gave me advice on picking out a new computer while looking through my old one. I really needed Microsoft Word but didn’t want anything super expensive or complicated. They even assisted me to set-​up my new computer (Surface Pro 3 woohoo), install some programs and make sure that it’s running smoothly. Friendly service, accessible, responsive and convenient. The owner is really passionate about his work and it seems like he wants to make sure everything is really efficient. Five stars.

Excellent service! People who work there are friendly-​oriented and professional! For a decent price they literally resurrect my laptop. I didn’t have to wait for a week for my computer to be fixed as in other places! I got a respond within 20 minutes and that is extremely important to me nowadays due to my busyness!!!
My laptop is so fast now as never before!
Also, I finally got my Backup :) ! Thanks, guys!!!
