I was in NYC for last week and got my laptop crashed (blue-​screen). The problem was with RAM; Thanks to tech folks, they really helped me to sort these things out. changed the RAM and re-​install my Win7 just within 2 hours. and I got free upgrade, now I have 8 GB instead of 4.
