Secure Self Storage

This place is terrible. No customer service skills and when you call the telephone number it sends you to a third party messaging service and they never return your calls. I was promised a free moving van and scheduled it in advance. Day of I was told it was booked and had to last minute pay $ 100 for a UHAUL.

I had everything I own of value in a locker here. Someone broke into my locker and stole everything. This place is «secure» as a wet paper bag. While I was there talking with the police the women behind the desk said that the security alarm goes off all the time at night when no staff is there and the manager shuts it off from his house. I had a small unit at this location for 2 years, and one day I came to switch out some seasonal clothes and I find everything in my storage unit covered in mouse crap and urine. I mean COVERED. It’s worth noting that I never had any food in there, but all it takes is for one of your «neighbors» to store some food in theirs to ruin everything you have.
I know it’s unrealistic for them to search peoples belongings, or do some other extreme measure to ensure no one brings food in, but when I brought it to their attention they couldn’t have cared less. I talked to the person working, who assured me that an exterminator comes occasionally (as if that was going to change the fact that I was now paying to store mouse poo). I then wrote an email to the main office, and never received a response.
Besides the fact that this place will try to hook you in with a low promo rate then continue to jack it up over time, only give this place your business if you plan on storing cats, or explosives.
