Wendy’s

I would give this place no stars. Every time I go there it’s the same shit they always out lemonade or out of sweet because they are closing. But the times I go are between 7 – 9 so how or they closing when the drive thru stays open late. My fries are always COLD. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning!!!

You never know what you are going to get at this location. Some days you can order quickly and get in and out and other times not so much. I will say that the food is always good, the employees are always polite and the establishment is always clean.

This wendy’s is in a crumbling section of richmond. The carpets are filthy and are the smell that greets you at the door. The fair seemed as expected for a Wendy’s. The counters were clean although more attention could be paid to the dinning room cleanliness. Our cashier mumbled and failed at any attempt at eye contact. When my autistic brother asked for a milk shake he was told they did not serve
milkshakes, no alternative for a frosty was offered. This disturbed him greatly as he had had a milkshake (frosty) there before. This is common most wendy’s in the area and especially this one. They like you to beg.
The girl mumbled a bit louder when our order was ready. I was in the dinning room. Two burgers, 10 minutes, no one in front of us, no drive through traffic. Finally a guy leaning on the counter, the one that didn’t move for me to place my order while he chatted his girl at the register up, started yelling «order ready, order ready» over and over. When I went to counter there was one tray with someone else’s order. I ask for my recept and got rolled up eyes in return. She printed a ticket out, went to the order and removed 2 sandwichs and a order of fries all of which were tossed under the counter. The only thing right about what she left was: we did order fries and the total item count was correct. I watched, we were the only ones there. The order was not even close.
I would go here again but only in a matter of extreme convenience. In fairness. Food ok, wait a bit sluggish, no glaring food hygiene/​safety concerns.
So, if you like fare food at a more than modest wait while being served by a staff that acts like they really wished you did not come in while they accustom them selves to the odiferous carpet for the day, this may be your spot. You will remember the carpet.

A good fast food option on Jefferson Davis. Staff has always been friendly and clean restaurant inside.

was very happy with my experience at this location. The fries were fresh (always a plus) and the burger that I ordered (Baconator, Jr.) was excellent. I’ll be sure to visit this location again and again. Skip the Taco Bell that’s across the street and come here!!!

Every time I come here it’s the same! They don’t greet you at the drive through. I have to say «hello? Are you there?» After waiting forever… Then I have to wait 5 minutes at the window before they will even let me pay… Only to have to pull forward another 5 minutes to get my food. And heaven forbid you ask for ketchup. You’ll get ONE packet.

I don’t know why I always review fast food places… ANYWAYS…
So I went to this Wendy’s because I was hungry at lunch time, it has a drive thru, and who doesn’t like a square burger?
I got a crispy chicken sandwich and a small frosty; $ 1 each? Yes, please.
I start to pull away, and the lady who gave me my food (who was incredibly nice by the way) practically leaped out the window trying to wave me down and stop me from leaving. I back up and she says she gave me the wrong sandwich. She apologized and I went about my day. Pretty funny stuff.
The sandwich was just as good as I remember (haven’t had Wendy’s in a while!) And the frosty really hit the spot. Then I realized there was an offer for a free small frosty… oops. Guess I’ll be going back again for another frosty! ;)
