Undoubtedly the most obnoxiously slow Wendy’s on the planet. I am «stuck» eating here about once a month due to activities at the rescue squad building next door, and I absolutely hate it. Want to figure out how long you’ll wait? Find out how many people are in front of you, multiply that by eight minutes, and there ya go. Horribly slow service. I think they are actually trying to take as much time as they can. It has to be a conscious effort… and despite numerous surveys, calls to management, and complaints to Wendy’s corporate office, this nonsense continues. I agree with another review here: go to Cookout across the street.

I prefer Wendy’s burgers over other fast food, but the service here is regularly slow and has made errors on the orders several times.
There is a Cook-out across the street. I had never been to one before, but I got tired of the slow service at this Wendy’s location and I have decided to start using them for my burger fixes.

What can you really say? It’s Wendy’s. Still, the staff here are fast and friendly, which is more than I can say for most locations. They also seem to keep the place pretty clean as well. Though I don’t go that often, it is one of only two in Richmond that I will go to.
