9 times out of 10 they get my order right. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is because they are so slow in the evening time. It seems to only be like 3 people working there at night after the dining room is closed and they just can’t get it together.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They got my order wrong, then the young woman told me that wasn’t what I ordered and continued to argue with me until the manager came over and asked me, «what’s wrong?» Then the manager still had me pay the additional $ 2 for what I should have originally received. Absolutely horrendous. I would rate this location a zero if I could.

I came in late evening, famished from a long drive. Both of the ladies working the drive thru were not only courteous, but very friendly. I usually expect bare minimum kindness at late hours, but I really felt welcome and unrushed. All of my food was perfect, and hot/fresh enough to make another stop and still be warm by the time I got to my room. I love that!

Oh please, if I could give this place a zero, I would. To me, this particular Wendy’s needs help. We pull into the parking to go to the drive-thru. I was not happy to see what appeared to be two employees I’m the front, near the entrance smoking. We still proceeded to go to the drive thru. A woman comes on the speaker and says(without a greeting): go ahead with your order. We started the order but was cut off and told to wait. We just pulled off. In my opinion, poor customer service.
