I would not recommend this place. everything here has an additional charge. To dine in, each can drink is 1.00. A 2 liter bottle of soda is 2.50. To drink the tea that they brew is 1.98. The fried rice looks like regular rice colored with soy sauce nothing fried about it. My daughter ordered Sesame chicken it came with broccoli that was yellow instead of green. I don’t know anywhere that broccoli comes with sesame chicken. I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce and it looked like the same sauce that my daughter got with her sesame Chicken. I have always got a white sauce when I ordered garlic sauce. This is the worst 23.00 I have spent. I am still hungry.

Dear Uncle Lee’s… To ensure that you don’t lose more business. please hire some decent help with positive and helpful attitude(s). Your high school talent who don’t give a sh**about if you continue to stay open or fail is a bad business decision. You food really ain’t all that anyways and when you mix that with some punk ass kid– that is Chinese recipe for failure. Just saying.

Poor service. Ignorant about Chinese food. Dirty. Inedible excess of strong sauces. Giving Chinese food a bad name. Causing worry about your health after consuming.

My review here is mainly for the atmosphere. The food was ok and the service was ok. The person that took our order behind the counter was nice, but she cared more about her phone than us. Anyway, the atmosphere: almost every single table in the dining room was dirty. At first, I thought, awesome since it was our first time and that many people have been here. Not the case. When I said dirty, I meant all the dirty plates and cups were still there. We sat at one of the three clean tables, and those tables remained dirty, unbussed, untouched the entire time we dined there. Not one person working there thought to clean up the dishes. It made our experience really bothersome.

I’m giving it one star because the service was incredibly bad. We went early on Sunday evening 1÷3÷16, and wanted to eat our food in the restaurant instead taking it to go. The place wasn’t busy yet, only a few other people were dining in, so it’s not like they were slammed. And there were only two of us, not a party of 10 or something like that. The guy taking the orders at the register appeared to be clueless or stoned — or both. It was a very simple order; crab rangoon appetizer and sesame chicken with egg drop soup. Nothing complicated. We had to ask twice for our drinks. The food took a long time. The same guy who took our order finally brought the entrée to our table, and the soup, but still no appetizer. There was no silverware out or on the tables, and none was brought with the entrée or soup. And when I asked about silverware, this guy looked at me like I was the crazy one for wanting utensils to eat with. He continued to stare blankly at me when I also reminded him that we still had not received our appetizer. The food probably would have deserved a 3 star, if we had been able to eat it when it was first brought to the table. But after waiting almost 10 minutes for silverware, the food was no longer hot. When the guy finally did come back, at least he brought the appetizer along with the silverware. He made a big production of placing the napkins, silverware, and appetizer on the table. It felt like he wanted to send a clear message that he thought we were being too demanding. We wondered if somehow they were able to get the delivery and To Go orders right in spite of their incompetence in handling dining room orders. However, after reading some of the other reviews, it seems they don’t do too well on delivery or To Go orders either. One reviewer noted that it may be a bunch of teenagers working here, but that night these were twenty-somethings at the very least. They are definitely old enough to know better, but apparently they just don’t care. We won’t go back.

Fast and friendly delivery! Food was really good too. We order the sesame chicken which had a really nice spice to it and the fried rice. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating is that the fried rice could have been less sweet and have included more egg. Other than that, the price was great and we will definitely be placing a delivery order again!

The sauce the food is made in is way to sweet: Gen Tso, and Orange Chicken The staff is really rude.

Do not order from here. I think it’s a bunch of teenagers working here. The worst experience ever. I will never order from this place again. I ordered dinner tonight and didn’t receive a complete order. I called to ask for my other items to be delivered. The young man answered the phone told me the driver said she wasn’t bringing the other items. No manager on duty until 8:30. This is ridiculous!!!

The food is good but service is consistently very bad. The only way I will get food here again is delivery. The last 3 times I’ve come here to get takeout they lost my order that was called in. Tonight we called it in and I was told 20 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later, they couldn’t find my order then 15 minutes later a guy comes out of the kitchen and said they’re working on my order. I waited 30 minutes to get my food. That 15 minutes that he disappeared a customer came in & left because no one was there to help her.

I called today at 5:30 to request a delivery and was told to call back at 6 because they aren’t doing deliveries till 6. In that case they should note this on the menus we get in the mail and on their online menu. Quite frustrating when you are too sick to cook or go to the store and don’t want to feed your child fast food and have a hungry child at home. I have had them deliver food several times earlier than 5 pm.

It’s been more than an hour and we’re still waiting for our food to be delivered! And we’re less than 10 minutes from the restaurant! We decided to do delivery but then realized that an hour wait is really too much since we’re just less than 10minutes away. So we called them back 7 minutes after calling our order in and they said the driver had already left. How is that possible for them to cook 2 entrees and fried rice in less than 7 minutes? Yet they say they cook their food after we order?

I have always ordered a take out and i love their food. Hot and well prepared. The staffs too are friendly and that matters a lot to me when it comes to services.

I had a delivery. They left out rice and when I called the person on phone said it will take a while. All he could do was have the rice delivered. Will never order from this place. The food is mediocre and we have so many other places that are better… taste and service.

First time at this location. Customer service was excellent. The food is priced accordingly. The food is good here. Not sure what the«DEBBIEDOWNERS”(Doug) are referring to. Food was out promptly. This isn’t just a take out place, Their is a nice and clean dinning area to enjoy your food.

Too many other good places with the same type of food in the area to order from. There are 6 or 7 other places that deliver and the food is better.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. We always get take out and it is always ready when requested. Everything is cooked perfectly and hot. I tried the dumplings and I loved them! My friend got some fried biscuits and they taste just like beignets. Fried rice and soup are always good. Favorite take out place in the area.

Tried to order over the phone after viewing their menu online. Not only do they not keep it up to date but the girl on the phone was very rude. Won’t even give them a chance to make a customer out of me of that’s what they call service. If u don’t offer what u show online I would at least update for future customers.

Every time I go here(which is about three times now) there is a looming feeling of disorganization and confusion. I have waited nearly 30 minutes for my to go general tso’s before which seems excessive. The cashier is robotic and monotonous and substitutions and omissions are strongly discouraged which bums me out. The sauces seem heavily laden with sugar and I tried asking for it extra spicy but did not notice a difference. The location is convenient and the delivery service is nice but they stop delivery after 7.

Perhaps this place expanded or the other review was for more of a take out only location but this place has room to enjoy your food inside. Ordered takeout from here tonight. Steamed Dumplings — very good, great size Chicken LoMein — My kids love this and my youngest said it was the best he’s ever had so that is a plus. Beef & Broccoli — Beef was very tender and flavorful, a little fatty on a few pieces though. Orange chicken — was just ok, pretty heavily breaded and sitting in a lot of sauce and wasn’t too spicy like some places S&S Pork — was their worst dish. Over cooked and too heavily breaded for my tastes. It’s a decent local Chinese place and there aren’t many other places around at all to eat at or get takeout from so I’m sure I’ll return. Also I didn’t feel it was too greasy like many other TX Chinese places.
