Very disappointed in this Panda Express the service is just not up to par and the food is definitely not up to par everytime you go through the drive-thru and it’s almost closing time they try to rush you out the door that’s just bad service i will never ever go to this Panda Express ever again!!!

Panda Express doesn’t have the best food as it’s fast food, but the customer service here was great the other night. The workers were cheerful and accommodating and went beyond expectations to make me happy even though it wasn’t necessary as I was already happy. Just a wonderful experience getting food here.

I really began liking this place again but, my last two visits the rice has been very undercooked, lacked seasoning and hard. The two women up front were also rude. The portion sizes have also been reduced, except more rice was added and less of the entrée. Unfortunately, the rice was horrible. Oh well, on to the next local Chinese spot. 3 times shame on me

Great place to take kids, but the food is just ok. Half the portion size, half the taste for half the cost of normal Chinese food. This location is always clean inside and is a great place to grab a table. I remember PE being better in the past. On my last visit, I ordered a bowl with Kung Pao Chicken. That’s normally a dish you cannot mess-up. This chicken was spicy with the black peppers, but did not have much taste beyond that. The entrée still came with about a cup of rice, but only a small portion of Kung Pao Chicken. My teenage daughter likes PE, and orders a plate with Orange Chicken and rangoon. I have to admit, I did like the PE signature dish, Orange Chicken, over my Kung Pao Chicken. My daughter likes ordering noodles, but told me on our last visit the noodles tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. PE does take advantage of their signature dish by offering new, similar sweet-sauce dishes, such as Honey Walnut Shrimp and Sweetfire Chcken. PE will offer samples before you order. I do like that calories are listed on the menu. Overall cost is not bad, but remember that you are paying half for half the size of a normal Chinese restaurant entrée. I did like the«Panda Passion» iced tea on my last visit, and drinks are self-serve. Overall, I would give PE2 stars, but add another because of the Orange Chicken my daughter enjoys.

Good food, little expensive for the amount of food you get. I come here when I want Chinese but don’t want to go far. Not a bad place. Nice staff and very clean. Just not a whole lot of selection.

3 stars because my chow mein was not as chewy tonight, which is a rare occassion. Also because it’s. just Panda. Nothing special, but a good way to satisfy your craving for Americanized Chinese food. I’ve always had good experiences with Panda Express, where the wait is minimal, workers are efficient, plates are insanely packed, tummies are happy, and workouts are necessary! :)

Typical of PE, although service seems a little lacking compared to other locations. Still what you expect from a chain restaurant.

I love going to Panda Express but this restaurant doesn’t have all trays full, Chow Mein is hard instead of soft and way too many vegetables. Every time I go I have to wait for my food because they don’t have it in trays.

for something quick, its pretty good. Love to get the chow mein and make my own stir fry at home :) super cheap! the kobari beef is yummy too, just wish it had less peppers…

Good cheap take-out. Nothing is prepared on site, just re-heated from frozen. All in all, I kind of like Panda Express food and find it to pretty tasty and a decent value. Make sure you go inside at this location rather than using the drive through. They really skimp on the food in the drive through lane, while if you’re watching them stuff the boxes at the counter, they will try. I’ve gotten home several times only to find the boxes of food less than ½ full from the drive through. Obviously they are trained to skimp on the amount they give out. Make sure you tell them to stuff the boxes full or they still won’t pack the food in. For example, you get almost twice as much orange chicken if you ask them to put more in and top it off packed down in the same container. The kids serving you don’t care and they will do it if you ask. Again, never use the drive through or you’ll get ½ to 1⁄3 of the food you should and pay the same price. It’s amazing how places like this don’t even care any more about pleasing customers. They just think we’ll all accept it and keep coming back.

I like Panda Express. Good, quick, decently priced asian food. It’s a safe bet, but obviously if you want great asian food you need to go elsewhere.

Again, it’s a fast-food chain, so it really is a disadvantage for this place. Regardless, they are okay. Unfortunately, for fast-food, they are high priced. If I want quick American-ized Chinese food, sure I’ll go here. If I want cheap authentic Chinese food, I’ll go somewhere else.

for the most part, i refuse to eat americanized chinese food. it is because i’ve had such amazing REAL chinese food that anything else pales in comparison. however, since i live in katy, sometimes i get delusional when hungry and convince myself that the food here can’t be that bad. and the panda is so cute and peaceful-looking. it wants me to go to it. i’ve tried most of the chicken dishes here. if you go inside the store to order(as opposed to the drive thru) they will pan-fry your dish so it is hot and fresh. the food isn’t very good, but for the most part edible(if you order inside) if ur starving. my complaint is instead w/the management and the panda express company in general. everything seems really overpriced($ 1.50 for an eggroll? $ 4 for 6 fried shrimp?) and the menu is not really self-explanatory. it is a lot of pictures, and so if you want to order things a-la-carte, there is ALWAYS discussion about the price– which is obnoxious and not extra stress i want in my day. that said, i still stop by once in a while when i crave eggrolls. for that, and the panda, 2 stars.
