Went in on a rainy day to paint some mugs with my friend and we had a lot of fun! The girl working was really nice and easy to talk to. She checked on us multiple times to see if we needed more paint or had questions about anything. The prices are pretty reasonable, the mugs ranged from $ 18-$ 26. Wait time is ~6 days for the final product to be glossed and ready.

A hidden gem. It really is a hidden gem. I only noticed it when I was passing by to get my tired fixed up the street. My daughter is at that age where all she wants to do is paint and draw and I thought it would be perfect to go there for the long weekend. When we entered we were immediately welcomed by the staff and asked if we were first timers to the shop. Afterwards they explained to us the set up which was pretty easy. NOSTUDIOFEES. That was a first and we jumped right into making something. We all ended up getting something and settled down to paint. The staff were always walking around. The guy changed our water a few times and refilled the colors that we needed. We were never really asking for anything if anything they were asking us what we needed. It got pretty hot in there but the lady came over with a fan and glasses of cold water. Their service is on point and they have so many pottery to choose from! I could literally stay there all day and paint. I already pointed out what I wanted for Mother’s Day. Lol. I hope they do get more business. This is truly a wonderful place and I loved the shop’s atmosphere in general. It reminded me of being back home in Virginia with hose wide open windows. We will be regulars here that’s for sure.

Fantastic staff and atmosphere. I’ve been to a few DIY ceramics places, but this was by far my best experience. The store is tucked away next to the jacuzzi store, but the store itself is good sized. I went there with my girlfriend and, despite the staff hosting a children’s party, they were incredibly attentive. They had suggestions on how we could paint, and ideas for when we ran into painter’s block. Hands down I would visit again!

The Painter’s Pot was so kind and wonderful! They came to work with my student’s at a local high school in a special education class. They were flexible with scheduling and incredibly nice to work with. The school would not allow us to go on fieldtrips and the Painter’s Pot came to us, bringing a fun activity to do with our students! Nora was so sweet and worked very thoughtfully with our students. She was patient and caring. The students LOVED her and were making plans to visit her studio before she was even out the door. Thank you Painter’s Pot!

I happened to stumble across this place yesterday with my 2 year old daughter. We were going to the jacuzzi store and it was right next door. It’s colorful and inviting and we couldn’t help but go in to check it out. There were so many pieces to choose from at a variety of price points. There was mainly stoneware, but some earthenware as well. I’ve never been to other studios like this so I’ve got little basis for comparison, but their one price system seems like a good value. There was a party going on in the back room, which seems like a really fun ideas for future birthdays! Though my little one was a little young for painting, there were books to read and crayons to help keep her busy while I did most of the painting. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable(brought over high chair, checked on us, helped entertain my little one, etc). I can’t wait to go back with friends! Check this place out!

I am back from college for the holidays and I happened to discover this gem of a shop. The studio itself is so cute and everything is so neat. There is no studio fee and the price you see next to any of the pottery pieces is the price you pay. There are so many pottery pieces to choose from! There is also a great selection of great colors to paint with and they have designer liner which makes writing on pottery super easy. There is a station that has a bunch of stamps and stencils to choose from which produce beautiful prints on your pottery. There is a wall full of pieces that are great for kids such as piggy banks and animals. They do parties for kids and I happened to be there while they were setting up in the back room for one. It looked like the cutest place to have a party! Also, this place does classes for how to make pieces out of glass and they fire that for you at the shop as well. You can make sushi platters or picture frames or whatever your heart desires. Lastly, you can bring in pictures and they can print them on tiles. Anything in this shop can be made into a nice personalized present! The pottery is extremely reasonably priced! I have been to many similar places that let you paint your own pottery but the prices are king of ridiculous and this shop has a lot more to offer. I am in love with this shop! Enjoy y’all!
