This is a review of Tacos Etzatlan that’s in the Seaport Stainless parking lot from 12:30 — 1:30pm. A decent food truck in an area without any other lunch options! The staff are very friendly. Sometimes they run out of something pretty basic(lettuce), but will recommend an alternative. My personal favorites: — chicken torta($ 5) — carne asada burrito($ 5 regular) Their salsa(salsa roja and salsa verde) are excellent. But their chips taste like the ones from Costco…

They are located on Hensley St and Presco Ln. for lunch M-F from 11:30 — noon. Gigantic burrito($ 5 regular and $ 6 super — but not sure the difference, they look like the same size). But they messed up my order! I requested whole beans but they gave me refried ones. I asked for a little rice, they gave me a ton. I ordered the El Pastor burrito and it was very flavorful and spicy, but very oily which I expect with most taco trucks. I was dissappointed at their chips(bought from somewhere in bulk, not freshly made) and salsa. I prefer Tortas Azteca( ) for taco trucks around that area. They give freshly made tortilla chips and better salsa.

Okay, so it’s a food truck! But it’s one of the best food trucks I’ve ever eaten from. The burritos are gigantic and absolutely wonderful. Whenever I get one and bring it back to the office, everyone wonders where I got the food because it smells great! I direct them towards the truck and off they head! A real hidden treasure.

You’ll come for the tacos, but you’ll stay for the ladies. The young women serving this truck are a true class act. They’ll take your custom orders. They’ll take your call for days you need to save some time. They’ll surprise you with special«meals of the day.» They’ll laugh and joke with you. They’ll even take a tab for you once you become a ‘vested’ customer. Most of all, they’ll welcome you in like family, in the cultural style that far too many ‘authentic’ mexican restaurants fail to provide. I found them one day, more than 2 years ago, as I was new to the area and wanted someplace that served real, fresh food that wouldn’t bust the wallet. Once I found them, I realized I was living the dream. Freaking HOLYGRAIL of food trucks! I was enjoying great-tasting homestyle food at an unbeatable price. They were so friendly that at one point they even made an extra stop right outside my workplace inside the Richmond Field Station. To be fair, I am very conscious of my health. Now that I cook for myself, I visit them only a fraction of the time. Bottom line is, you can’t go wrong with food from here, when compared to a number of other restaurants or places you would eat at during lunch. It is easily the best public place to eat within the immediate area, in all areas of price, quality, and service. You should definitely check them out. P. S. The guy who wrote the first review is my co-worker. I took him once with me, and the rest is history haha. B-) — - - First-timer’s Tip: Steak or chicken tacos. Personal Favs: Ceviche tostadas, tortas de milanesa.

Just your friendly neighborhood taco truck. Nothing fancy, looks just like one of the many local trucks that feed the workers in other industrial parks. They are at the Seaport Ave and 51st St location(in Richmond) between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. They have other stops in the morning and the afternoon but I don’t know where those are. I have been eating lunch here 3 – 4 times a week for the past year or so. Good cheap eats. Tacos are $ 1.25 each. Only $ 1 more if you want some rice and beans to go with your order. Chicken, steak, carnitas, and spicy pork are the staples. They’ll sometimes have lengua(tongue) and birria(lamb). They also have daily specials but they usually run out of them by the time they get to this location. My favorite one is the chicharon tacos on Wednesdays. I think they stock only enough food for the day, so you know it’s fresh but unfortunately sometimes they run out of something you might be craving. The chicken seems to go really fast. Everything is made to order, I usually try to show up early before a line forms. If they have the ingredients for it, they’ll make it for you… you just need to ask. They can do fajitas, tostadas, nachos, tortas, tacos, burritos, and even burgers and fries. Cash only.
