There’s always a long drive thru line and rarely does it move at a decent pace, it actually seems to be getting slower by the day… taking over 5 minutes for each vehicle is by no means fast. Today for the 2nd time in less than a month they run out a key ingredient for a «specialty» drink. Why promote the new drinks if you are going to run out of the key ingredients needed to make it; and this was before 9am… doesn’t make sense!!! Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They have forgotten my order the last 2 times I have gone. Deer in the headlights must be a employee characteristic needed to work there. Totally disorganized. Most Starbucks will ask your name when you order to make sure you get the right order. Not here.

I come here daily, and while it normally moves pretty quick– you’ll have days that it will take 20+ minutes to get through the line for no discernible reason

This place never opens on time, morning crew are so rude they look at you like they hate their life and you for coming that early while the door is locked. I never had a good experience here always something. Get rid of your employees and hire someone that will open on time, never consider getting coffee from here again

They took extremely long to give a simple coffee 8 min. Not to mention it was in the Drive Thru on a very slow night, the workers seemed more Interested in finishing their closing duties than taking care of their last customers. Not worth passing by if you’re on a rush.

Love «my» Starbucks I have no idea if they know me at this point but always pleasant when I’m driving through blaring some Mickey Mouse clubhouse for my daughter. And so kind we go in with my little one, who’s into everything.

This Starbucks is a regular stop on my way into work. The drive through is almost always slammed in the morning but it moves pretty fast. The staff is really nice and they manage the drive through service well, maybe a little better than walk in, depending on the barista. Even when they’re slammed or remaking a complicated drink for the 3rd time for a picky customer they are always nice. The store is clean and well stocked. Thumbs up!

Customer service is wonderful here! Alek has a great attitude with customers. They get my order right every time. I am picky so this is a Big Plus for me. I return every chance I get. I also like that it is always clean when I visit. I never have to wipe down a table.

I love this new Starbucks. Every time we’ve gone here the workers have been really friendly. We had an incident where they accidentally overcharged our credit card. We went back to let them know and they took care if it immediately. Kyle, one of the managers gave us a free drink. He didn’t have to do that and we definitely weren’t trying to get a free drink but it was amazing customer service. We are moving to this area soon and I’m planning on making it my new destination for my morning coffee stop!

This brand new Starbucks meets all expectations. It’s spacious, clean, bright, and convenient. They spelled my name correctly and the barista remembered it when I returned to the counter for more butter.
There’s a long table just to the right of the entrance that would be great for bigger groups of people. The layout just makes sense here more than it does at other Starbucks locations.
