18° morning and no Pike Place coffee ready at 7:45 AM. Coffee house with no coffee?! For the price they charge for coffee it should be ready & available when you come through the door.
Waited eight minutes for a drink and it was wrong.

I am an avid Starbucks goer. I love Starbucks. However, this is the absolute WORST location in probably the country. I stop here several times a week on the way back from the gym. I will now drive out of my way to go to a different location. The service is absolutely abominable. I get that’s sometimes early in the morning or even on a Sunday morning you may not be in the best mood but, you are in customer service. When someone says thank you as a face of Starbucks you should at least acknowledge them! This is an every visit occurrence. Also I am sorry it is such an Inconvenience that I ordered two drinks! Maybe they are trying to make changes… I heard the manager yelling at an employee for being rude… The vibe here is awful. It’s not rocket science, it’s coffee.

This location has extremely slow service. Slowest Starbucks I have been too yet. I got there around 3:45 and it took them 20 minutes to make it… and there were only about 5 or 6 other people in the store. I try to avoid this location when I can. A few months later I decided to give the store a second try, and ordered ahead of of time using the app. I ordered a coffee with some syrup pumps. I got there, and the store was virtually empty. From the time I ordered to when I actually received the drink took 20 minutes. The app says that your drink will be ready 4 – 6 minutes from when you order. My drink was luke warm when I finally received it.

This is a wonderful Starbucks. The baristas are incredibly friendly, efficient, hard working, and kind. I am a regular of 4+ years and have never had a bad experience. Great atmosphere & very clean. I always feel welcome. Fantastic store and service!

Really want to like this location because it’s so convenient but the parking is terrible and the service is never great. If Starbucks did a review of their stores, they would definitely up the training on customer service and the whole Starbucks work ethic and vibe here.

This location has limited parking as the parking lot is shared by several other stores. Don’t park in the bank parking lot across the street as you will be towed. There’s normally not enough staff to accommodate the influx of customers. Today, there’s was 5 baristas working. Yet, none of them greeted the customers as they came in, ordered, or left. None of the customers were thanked for their orders. Evidently, all 5 baristas woke up on the wrong side of the bed as no one was smiling, upbeat, or appeared happy. Everyone was moving around like robots.
The specialty drink that I received was far from Starbucks quality. Being that this is a corporate Starbucks, I expected better than this. My drink is made better at a local convenience store.
If you want great quality drinks and service, skip this location. There’s other Starbucks locations in the area that appreciate your business and will take the time to get the drink correct and not just rush to give you a low quality bad tasting drink.
Providing this location 1 star is better than the service that I received today.
Baristas have to remember that the customers dictate them having a job by repeat business and referring others to the business/​location.

Service is going great so far, asking for a decaf here though is slowwww drip and takes a while.
It’s got a good assortment of guests though, high brow, old folks in mom jeans, women ten years behind the fashion curve, students, and people who can’t manage to get out of their jammies to go into public and lots and lots of scarf wearing, ugg representing, north face sporting white folks in their fashionable «Gucci» bug sunglasses.
So the east coast vibe runs high here.
In the end the service was done well, but my decaf coffee took 14 minutes to get.

So slow… came off peak and only 2 people ahead of us yet it took a good 15 mins to get our drink. The staff have no sense of urgency.

Sometimes can be a line, but it usually moves very fast. People are very friendly. It’s true there isn’t a lot of room to wait for your order. Not a reason to avoid the place.

Good Coffee but very busy in the AM. No place to stand while waiting for your drink. Average friendly staff. Full of Collegiate parents.

I am a fan of Starbucks, but this particular location is not my favorite spot to fill up. While I cannot remember ever getting anything but good service, I also cannot remember ever getting fast service. It seems that regardless of how many customers are in the store, I have to wait an unusually long time to get the coffee I desperately need. Still, this place is walking distance from the house… so I guess I can wait.
