Short Pump Orthodontics, PC

We found this WONDERFUL orthodontic office through our primary dentist for our then 13 yr old son, Brian. I had taken him to another orthodontist in the area and felt lost. He explained NOTHING; HOWEVER, from the minute we walked into Short Pump Orthodontics, I felt comfortable and well informed. Dr. Sachno has explained EVERYTHING – my son had to have an expander as well as braces – as to why both were necessary; what to expect as far as discomfort (Dr. Sachno herself has been a patient), length of time needed to wear both; EXACTLY what she and her assistants are doing every time he’s seen and so very much more! Her staff is very accommodating for an appointment or an emergency, very professional, and wonderful to all of us (my husband and I both like to be in the back during our son’s appointments). I HIGHLY recommend this office, especially if you are a mom like me who wants to know exactly what’s being done and why it’s necessary!!!

Short Pump Orthodontics was a tremendous help with my unique Invisalign situation. They kept me well informed of all the pricing and walked me through every single one of my options. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and there were no surprises at the end of my visit. Erika and her team are the most ethically correct establishment I’ve ever been to and truly do put the patient first. Two thumbs way up!
