Just because a place has a good deal — does not make it legit. Pay the extra money and go to a board certified doctor that gets real training on injections. Myself and others have had bad injections (eye sagging) I have friend now that can’t even open her eye! And they are giving hardly and help and have NOT offered to even refund her money. She is living a nightmare-​when you go to someone that knows what they are doing you run a better chance of having the results you want. And if you do have a result that needs careful watch they won’t stop talking to you and not help your situation.(Rhonda’s)c

I bought a groupon for an hour long massage and it was such a steal. For service was great and the massage was just as good as any massage I have paid triple the amount for. I will definitely be going back.

Cute setup! Greeted by Emily, she was nice, polite. I went for a little Spa time. My appt. was with Lisa. For Botox. As she «cleaned my skin (using clean loosely) .Her consult on my skin was about 1 minutes or less. As she putting the Botox into the needle. I asked her what her degree was in. One would think Lisa would have told patients before the needle injection. A little ice to numb the skin would have been nice. With an opened door was awkward, the entire lobby could hear our conversation. Maybe Lisa hasn’t heard of hippa. Honestly felt I like was wasting Lisa’s time. And why was I at her shop. Don’t worry we won’t be back.

Bought a Groupon for 20 units of Botox, paid $ 139.00 only to get one shot of maybe saline water with Botox, no really great changes after a week of treatment and 45 days later my frown lines between my eyebrows got back completely.
Usually Botox treatments last on me 3 – 4 months, and you get like 4 little shots around the area not one.

I went to Rhonda ‘s from A groupon I received from my daughter. I purchased one as well not realizing she had purchased one for me.
I went to receive botox in various areas and Melissa was great. However, a couple of the spots I asked her to work on she didn’t and it showed. However in saying that, I think she did the areas of my forehead that needed it beautifully.
I then called to do my groupon and she said that I couldn’t use it even though I paid for it. When I spoke to Rhonda, she was VERY rude to me over the phone which was unnecessary. That Type of customer service is unnecessary. Not we will work with you since the last time I spent an additional $ 800 with the groupon and had planned on doing a new procedure Melissa told me about which means it would have been well over a 1,000. She threw that money away since she did. to want to honor my groupon. I couldnt to believe her tone with me over the phone.
I contacted groupon and they have refunded all of the money back to me.
So yes, Melissa was great, it the rudeness to me has turned me off and I have recanted my suggestions to family and friends to go there.
So not honoring my groupon, has cost her thousands of dollars In business from myself and several family members and friends.
I think Rhonda needs to take an etiquette class. That rudeness was unnecessary.

Absolutely atrocious service and rudeness on the phone beyond anything I have ever experienced. I didn’t even get to actually experience the actual service that I have purchased on groupon because the lady on the phone, Rhonda, was extremely condescending and unprofessional. She has twice forgotten the date that we have scheduled my appointment on, and then has accused ME of not keeping my facts straight. She also told me that I don’t know what I’m talking about and
That I can take my business somewhere else! And also to control my mouth! I have never been treated that way by a business and am usually a pleased, returning customer. I have never even written a negative review before. In this case, though, I have no choice. I will be returning my groupon today and you wouldn’t be able to pay me to step foot into Rhonda’s establishment. I also have lots of friends and we often exchange skin care advice and refer each other to places that we love. Being rude and accusatory to customers is a WRONG business move and a huge mistake; it will lose you tons of potential customers because word of mouth is everything in our world where competition is tough! Sad that I had to write this but I had to let people know what they’re in for!

Just finished a wonderful 1 hour massage with Antwan and a starflower facial with Cory (?). Both were very good and I am very pleased. Rhonda and staff are superbly professional and care about their clients, and it shows. Well done.

I heard about Rhonda’s through one of the coupon deals. Made my appointment not knowing what to expect. Well, I told her today that I have a love/​hate relationship with her. I love going and having things done there. I have had the non-​surgical face lift with Melissa, peels with Rhonda and Botox with Michelle. Personally I think they have taken about 10 years off of my face. Especially after all of the bad things I had done to my face and skin over the years. I would recommend anyone and every one go see these girls. Very professional, very personable and I look forward to my next visit every time. JC Carter

Hands down — Best facial, filler and Botox ever! Went to Rhonda for a facial and left with the healthiest glow. Returned last month for Botox and filler. I was nervous because I had a bad experience at another salon. Michelle administered with skill and expertise. My face looks at least 5 –7 years younger. I had «the Rhonda signature». A tiny bit of filler in my bottom lip. For the first time I had a guy approach me and tell me what beautiful lips I had. Amazing! I have never received so many compliments on my skin or so many stares from guys before! Best kept secret in Richmond!
