Priority West End Super Center

So this will be my second review this year of Priority. I never thought I would ever use Unilocal but I just need to make it clear how incredable the service here is. Even after I bought my car, I have stayed in touch with them and they have helped me adjust my car to my exact specifications. Helping with tire pressure and everything else under the sun. The workers inside and in the garage were unbelievably helpful and have gone out of their way to assist me. A shout out to Justin especially for contacting me this morning to tell me that him and the owner have once again gone above and beyond to find a specific hubcap that I had mentioned. Couldn’t be more pleased if I tried. ⁵⁄₅ and will be back and recommend to others. Once again thank you guys for making this process as smooth as possible for a first time buyer.

Drove up on a whim because we had seen a truck online and wanted to check it out. After making the hour drive we found out that the truck had been picked up by a different dealership, but Chris was quick to go and get it for us. While we waited instead of sitting around Ryan went ahead and found out what we were looking for monthly and ran numbers for us. We found out we could get a newer suv for what we were looking to pay which was awesome. After we test drove it we realized that they had closed an hour before but Chris and Ryan were happy to stay and got us into the car and made sure we were happy. They were awesome. I couldn’t have asked for better service from a company and I would recommend anyone go to this dealership.

Courteous professional sales staff. Lots of new faces but all seem to have the right attitude.
The service department is fast, and thorough.

If only I could give it fewer stars than one.
We went to this dealership last night and it was horrible. Being new to the area, we just didn’t know what we were getting into. Their online inventory had a lot of the type of car that we are looking to buy, for decent prices and low miles, etc. We assumed, since there are so many Priority dealerships in the area, that it must be reputable, right? So we made the 30-​minute drive up there. I called ahead, and the salesman who told me he was working 9am — 9pm that day, wasn’t there when we got there. We asked, and were told that he wasn’t working that day. But just a minute or two later, he drove into the parking lot. Weird. That was the first red flag of many.
The place was a ghost town. Red flag #2.
He came over to us, and I was immediately put off by his filthy, stained shirt, NO SOCKS with his shoes, and overall disregard for his own appearance. Red flag #3. And it really went downhill from there.
We sat down with him and told him our general monthly payment range that we wanted to be at. Filled out a financing application. He then disappeared for at least a good 30 minutes or so. He came back with a set of keys and said, «Let’s go check it out.» We were like… check what out? Oh, he had taken the liberty of selecting a car for us to test drive, that he felt «best suited our needs.» We asked him how he knew what our needs are, given that we hadn’t even told him what we were looking for! He clarified by saying it suited our «financial» needs, that it would fall in the monthly payment range that we said we wanted. When we asked him why we couldn’t go around the lot and choose the cars that WE wanted to test drive, he started with the «used car dealer» talk, saying things like, «that’s not the way it works,» and something about sticker price vs. market price, and how we won’t know the actual cost of the car until we apply for financing for it. As he was taking, I got on my smartphone and looked up the car he was trying to push on us. He told us that it was priced at $ 18.5K. But on their website, that same car was listed at $ 14K.
At this point, my husband and I started making our way towards the door to leave. Well then out walks the manager, all condescending and patronizing. Trying to tell us that «we could test drive anything we wanted,» but they wouldn’t know the price until we applied for financing. I can’t even describe the uneasy feeling I had during this whole experience.
We could not get out of there FAST ENOUGH.

I advertised my car for sale on Autotrader. I immediately received an email from an employee at Priority West End giving me a specific offer to buy my Yukon and a follow up email stating that they typically will pay me more but I had to drive to their west end lot and allow them to see it.
I was insulted when they offered me less and I realized their email was only a scam to draw people into their lot to make a crazy low offer and hope people hard up and in need of cash would accept.
This nonsense cost me a day off work to drive to their lot only to be lied to by another car salesman. Don’t trust this dealership. If they give you a number to sell or buy, be prepared for them to change that number. They won’t keep their word. What a disappointment.
