6 employees, 3 customers and very slow service. No unsweetened tea outside, walked in and cashier was busy with someone’s order in the back. The other 5 employees would just look at me but not approach me. This place needs a good management team that understands what good, fast customer service is.

Terrible service, probably the worst fast food restaurant service I’ve ever had! When the manager sends an employee to pound on the restroom door to get another employee to come out to serve customers… leave the restaurant!

It’s really frustrating that there are just so few options available for fried chicken in Katy/Richmond. I have always loved the flavor of Popeye’s Fried Chicken, but it’s usually the service and upkeep of the stores that usually turns me off. The Richmond, TX store needs new management… BADLY. The last THREE times I have been to Popeye’s(during off-peak hours!)…they were out of chicken and had to wait 25 minutes for it. The last time I was there… the credit card machine wasn’t working and just had to leave. The whole line of people left, because no one seemed to have cash on them. No napkins, no tea containers were available for either sweet or unsweet tea, and just plain dirty all around. I don’t understand how this place stays in business. I really don’t. If I had the capital available… I’d open up my own fried chicken place and put this Popeye’s location out of business. Especially when the staff and management don’t seem to care. I won’t be returning to this Richmond, TX Popeye’s restaurant. Get your act together or just close shop.

Usually when I go to a Popeyes, the biscuits are a little dry. But this location is fantastic! I did have to wait a little longer than usual but my chicken was pippin hot and my biscuits were so fresh. I always get the red beans and rice. 8 piece meal with one large side and 4 biscuits were 15.99.

No customer service. Very lax attitude of staff. Takes around 15 minutes to give a simple 3 piece order.
