This place screwed up my order twice in a row in the drive thru. The first time, I had to go back in there twice. The second time they didn’t give me one of the sandwiches that they charged me for. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until I drove home. I will not be going to this chick fil a ever again.

Took my order exactly @ 10:30 for breakfast biscuit. Cashier tells me they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Lamest thing I ever heard. They lost a customer wont ever buy breakfast from Chickfila and I went straight to Whataburger.

I love chick-fil-a and this place is just like the rest food wise. but I was over charged at this location for amusement by some kids. 8:30 pm on January 16, 2016 I decided to have a late dinner and pick up some food for myself and a friend. When I got to the drive thru I get a «It’s a great day(yawn) at chick fa layyyyyyyyy» I thought to myself ok. never heard someone do that here. I begin to order my meal. 12 count original, large fry, sweet tea, and for my friend a large strawberry shake. Half way thru my order he completely repeats the order wrong. as I’m trying to correct him he keeps interrupting me! Finally, i say«Tell me what you think I’m ordering so I can get this right» he responded with«I will tell you after you finish ordering» WTF? it was a back and forth with him trying to get the right order. anyways I think to myself maybe the speaker isn’t work and he’s having a hard time hearing. so I pull up to the window and see three people. 2 boys and a girl. The guy who took my credit card was polite and wasn’t the same guy who took my order. But I over heard the boy and girl taking orders laughing and giggling. I though to myself oh they are high school kids not paying attention. Until I hear the young man take the next order. He does the same bit he did with me. He «couldn’t hear them» the yawn everything. while the girl next to him giggling under her breath. After he was done the girl said. «OMG I was trying not to laugh.» After all that I should have looked at my order before I left but I didn’t. They got my order right. ALONGWITH2EXTRALARGEFRIES and I got charged for them! I wouldn’t have made this post or be over reacting if they didn’t over charge me. who knows who else their little games messed with that night.

I am a die hard Chick-Fil-A fan but this locations food does not taste right. My bread was soggy like it had been steamed or microwaved. My sandwich was under seasoned and mushy. Fries and lemonade were wonderful. Plus the staff here is great! Even though they are friendly it’s not good to have bad food.

Always screw up my order. Been here a couple times and normally in a hurry, but I normally get missing meals when I would order a couple. Service is good but I guess I need to check before I leave when I come to this location. They need to work on this anyway!!!

For some reason the spicy chicken filet is overly seasoned at this location. I thought they may have accidentally over seasoned it once but I went for a second time and same thing. Maybe I’ll opt for the Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich next time I’m around this area.

Just disappointed in manager. Person that doesn’t eat meat and the kids and family wanted chik fil a so I had no choice. My whole family of 5 purchased food while I decided to go next door to taco bell to get a meal with beans. Came into the store and the manager told me I had to leave. I explained the situation of not eating meat and just wanted to have a dinner with my family and he refused. I’ve done this several times and never had an issue. Sometimes as a Christian based company, u should have Christian values above corporate policies placed because of money.

Sara at Chick-fil-A is wonderful. My husband is a Veteran and he asked if there was a discount. She went to the manager and they were more than generous with the discount. Afterwards she took the time to ask what branch he was in and while she served us our drinks told us about her brother who served. Some people never take the time to just chat with a Veteran or share a story. It makes my husband feel good to know that some people still care that he served his country. Everyone at this location is ALWAYS very nice and friendly. My son wanted to give them 10 stars but Unilocal only allows 5. Thank you Sara for being friendly.

Love this Chick-fil-a! So happy to finally have one close to home. Like how they have two lanes for ordering, makes the line go faster! They’ve forgotten to put fries in our bag, but when I went back in they always had a sincere apology and had fries out fast! Clean restaurant and bathrooms are always clean!

Two things impressed me on my first visit to this location. 1) Fresh flowers on each table(for a fast food joint?, fancy!) 2) very high employee/customer ratio. I’ve never seen so many workers behind the counter, all working hard. I really liked their Asian salad and spouse loves the waffle fries. Will return.

I absolutely love Chick-Fil-a and I was more than excited to hear about a new one being built right near my home. Ive been to this new location about a dozen times. I’ve been meaning to write a review mainly because I want to see them do well and this comment may help! I noticed the first time I went there, the chicken nuggets were extremely greasy, more so than I have ever seen at a ChickFila. Then, I noticed the fries seemed to have a very bad texture as if they were cooked on the outside but frozen on the inside. They were not fresh what so ever. I clearly have been there many times sincee but I always seem to find something strange about the food, whether it is the flavor, texture, or level of greasiness. I just got back from this Chickfila and noticed the fries were exactly as I explained, and the place reeked of burnt oil. Maybe they have an issue with changing the oil. if it doesnt change, I see myself driving to the one off Westheimer Parkway because their food seems to always be fresh and delicious. On the flip side, employees are super nice and very polite. Also, I understand it’s fast food so I can’t be too picky and judgmental but I guess all I can say is that I have been to too many chickfilas to know the difference between when its good and when its bad.

I’m glad they opened a Chick-Fil-A here as it’s somewhat closer than the other location on Westheimer near 99. I’ve been here a few times and the customer service has always been great, my orders accurate and the service fast. Just out of curiosity today, I timed my drive-thru visit. When I got there, the two lanes were both full with at least five cars each. After the order station, the two lanes merge and there were about six cars in the merged lane. From getting in line to having placed my order, it took 5 minutes and 15 seconds. From there to getting my order and leaving Chick-Fil-A took another 4 minutes and 32 seconds. Despite the great number of customers they served, I was still greeted with a smile, my order processed correctly AND never felt rushed. I can’t say the same for any other fast food joints around. In fact, I’ve been to several other fast foot joints in the area where it took longer than the total of roughly 10 minutes I spent today AND I was the only customer.

That was th best Chick fil A I have ever been! the place is clean and nice, the food was good and fresh but the best of the best is the STAFF what a great costumer service we received from everybody there, I’m really impressed!!! good job guys!!!
