NEVER. AGAIN. I’ve had problems with this Pizza Hut before but today was the last straw. I won’t settle for rude service. Ordered a pizza at 6:59. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there at 7:30, pizza still not ready. Ok, how long will it be? Not long they say. Then the lady before me said she had been waiting 30 minutes. They told her they hadn’t STARTED on her pizza yet. Another guy already there is getting anxious. After another 15 minutes I ask what’s going on? She says something like«They were short-staffed and behind.» So I asked didn’t you ALREADY know that when I ordered my pizza? I don’t mind waiting if I know this ahead of time. She says well someone came in to help us…10 minutes ago. Again, you could have quoted me a more accurate time when I called b/c you obviously had to be behind already! She says«Well it wasn’t me, I don’t know who you talked to» and she said it WITHATTITUDE! Really! Around 7:55 my pizza is ready and she says«Here you go», no… I’m sorry for the wait, for the inconvenience. And for all that the pizza is just ok. We only come to this location b/c we live in the adjoining neighborhood. I would rather be inconvenienced and drive to Papa Johns or Domino’s before I spend ANOTHER dollar here! Never.

Love the pizza but only three stars because every single time I go through the Drive-thru, no one is there! I have no idea what EVERYBODY does in the kitchen, but God dammit people, have someone in the front at all times to take care of the customers.

I have ordered from here multiple times and the services is terrible. They are rude on the phone, and what ever they give you for the delivery time, add 20 min. The last time I ordered pizza it was not only a half hour longer than the hour they said it would be but when it got here it was cold and very burnt.

Not bad. They are always busy bc we all want pizza. Treat them well and they will take care of you and your hunger. Don’t forget to tip your delivery driver they risk everything to bring us our food!

I ordered here several times befor writing this review. I have experienced the same issues over and over. I will let the photos speak for themselves. The best advise i can give is to spend your money elsewhere.

Seriously. The WORST service! This location is literally walking distance and the pizza took 2 hours to get to my house! I was shooting a short film with actors who were starving and I had to postpone filming time, waste everyone’s time, for two pizzas. A simple cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. I called and spoke to the manager who promised to help me and possibly give me a discount, and then I was on hold for a minute and then someone else picked up and asked me what my problem was and told me to calm down. He said«you aren’t the only person we are delivering to»(excuse me, like I don’t know that RUDE) and then he said«the conditions outside were dangerous making delivery a little slower» As he said this I looked out my window and saw no rain. What was the harsh conditions? I was furious. Pizza arrived finally, nice and lukewarm. Never ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. I’m taking my money and time elsewhere.

Definitely losing a Pizza Hut customer– from this location at least. Usually Pizza Hut is our go to for delivery, but this location needs to get its stuff together. We ordered pizza tonight and not only did it take over an hour and a half to get here, but it was wrong. This is not the first time, either. We ordered and got our confirmation email at 6:14 pm. We got our pizza at 7:50 pm. The delivery driver was very apologetic and said that they were short 3 drivers. I can understand, and was forgiving of the fact that our pizza was cold. That doesn’t excuse that the pizzas were missing two of the 3 toppings we ordered, were covered in random olives and mushrooms(not toppings we ordered), the crusts weren’t right on either pizza, and the bread sticks had un-melted butter smeared across them and no seasoning. Like I said earlier, this isn’t the first time our pizza has been very late, but it is the first time where it just seemed like whomever working there doesn’t care about at least getting orders right. We definitely will NOT be ordering from here again.

Save your time and aggravation, this place sucks! I have not expected a 5 star dinning experience from Pizza Hut. But I would like my food on time and my order filled properly. My family has eaten here 4 times and all 4 times we got wrong food. Every time we stopped in to pickup the order it was late, way under staffed. Cold pizza and wrong product every time.

Management wants to be argumentative when you call in a legitimate problem. Delivery drivers are untrained and unprofessional. Never got a call back from the Area Manager as well.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve been to in years. I’ve been multiple times to ensure my first experience wasn’t a fluke. Pros: None. The drive thru is good in concept but not in execution. Cons: 1. Ordering: This store uses a centralized ordering service. This would be fine except the customer service reps are terrible. It takes them a minute or so just to identify the store you are using(how is this not automated based on the local number they use as a proxy?) Then they try to up sale you on every item. By the time you are done ordering you could have already picked up a pizza at the local Domino’s. 2. Service: Honey badger don’t give a s**t and neither do this store’s employees. To their credit they are consistent — they give extremely poor service every time.(Eg «your order is ready»(when it isn’t); «it will only be 5 minutes»(when it will be 20), and«I’m sorry we aren’t taking any more orders because we are out of a lot of ingredients» — I actually witnessed this tonight when a walk-in customer tried to order. 3. Speed: Occasionally fair but generally add 20 minutes to whatever they tell you. 4. Taste: Think normal Pizza Hut except cold and missing ingredients(tonight our«extra cheese» pizza had barely any cheese). Alternatives: Wander outside of Cinco Ranch if you don’t mind using a gallon of gas to drive your 8 mpg SUV(every Cinco Ranch family has at least one) and get Papa Murphy’s.

Things got better for awhile but downhill again. Called tonight for delivery and was asked to reconfirm my address and the girl couldn’t get it right after telling her 3 times. You’d think they’d have my address on file after ordering from them 10+ times. Finally learned my lesson. They’ve wasted my time for the last time. I actually like their pizza better than domino’s but at least domino’s service is 10 times better. 0 stars.

Delivery time can vary from 30 min. to 2 hours. It is close and has a drive a through, so pick u p is a good option. Its standard pizza. For really good pizza, we travel to hwy 6 and I10 and go to Brother’s.

This is the most disturbing food establishment I think I have ever encountered! When I called to order the pizza, a girl with a horrible attitude acted like she would rather be anywhere but there! We live in a new neighborhood close by and we are not found in GPS yet so I asked her if her drivers knew where it was… she said«I don’t know»…then silence… I said«hello»…she said«do you still want a delivery»…with a whole lot of attitude! Anyway… I just said nevermind and hung up. Well, my husband really wanted Pizza Hut and he called back and spoke to the same little ray of sunshine and she just told him«we don’t deliver to you». So, he went to pick it up. When he got there he had to stand at the counter and wait for two employees to stop arguing long enough to notice that he had been standing there for a while. This s what he heard from the 5 employees standing there…“F***k that MF… yea…F**k that S**t…I’m out this M*****F*****”. «I’m out this b***h…F*** this». Now, I have worked in the customer service industry for a long time, and I know for a fact I would have been fired on the spot for talking like that… especially in front of customers. I mean really Pizza Hut… you couldn’t find better people to represent you. It’s pretty safe to say that we won’t be coming back… and that’s awful because I love Pizza Hut. I did give one star because the food was really good… atleast the people making the pizza cared about your business.

This is by far the worst food experience we have ever had. Our delivery took more than 2 hours and the pizza and wings were cold(not even warm). We had to microwave the food… I called to speak to the manager and got an attitude. He said«so what do you want me to do about it». I simply explained that I did not want anything but to express my concerns. He said he was understaffed and I would have to deal with it. This was simply unacceptable, so I contacted the corporate office. They assured me the owner would contact me and make it right. Guess what? They never called…

I used to like their food earlier but the quality has gone down drastically. Lately the vegetables used are all canned or frozen varieties, not fresh. They’re always soggy and discolored. The fresh components like red onions, are sparingly used like they’re made of gold or something. Even the sauce is over salted. The meats seem frozen too, no real flavor… just thawed out stuff. I also see newer faces in the kitchen. The older friendly staff is no longer around. Ian is still a helpful guy to have around though. He has always been willing to redo the order when the staff has messed it up.
