Lance is professional and knows what he is doing. He is our new go-​to electrician. He really knows what he is doing and has a passion for his work and it shows. Lance is very honest and is great at explaining things and willing to work with us even when we change our mind on things. I’d recommend him to anyone of my friends!

Lance: He came twice to install a Swarovski crystal chandelier in my new home, Moseley VA. First attempt we had some parts missing he recommends me old chandelier restoration store to get the parts and later he came to get it installed in our formal sitting area… Excellent job, just little pricy as I felt. But overall a good guy to deal with. Def recommended. Will be calling him soon to install my LED SAMSung 65″ on our family room dry wall.

Lance is really professional and very responsive. He shows up when he says is going to show and he charges a fair price for his work. I’m out of the construction business now, but in the past I have dealt with a lot of subcontractors and typically plumbers and electricians are the most difficult. I would definitely hire Lance again!

My neighborhood recently had a string of vehicle break-​ins, so we decided to install motion detector flood lights. Lance was able to quote me a reasonable price over the phone and came out the next day. His price was very reasonable and he stuck to it. I recommended Lance to my neighbors, and to you.

He is NOT just an Electrician. He does all electrical related repairs, remodeling, upgrades, back-​up generators, commercial new construction, renovations & additions, fiber optic lighting, landscape lighting, and much more.
Since 1998 and owning 2 homes in RVA/​Chesterfield area, just to get someone to call you back or show-​up can be challenging. This half comical/​half sad given the economy local contractor stereotype that I harbored was dashed the moment Lance called me back in a more than reasonable time expectation, and actually showed-​up in the midst of a typhoon-​like downpour on time and ready to work. We bought our current home 2 & ½ years ago and whoever built it felt it unnecessary to have an exhaust fan in the master bathroom. (My wife can tell you that living with me, this is an ABSOLUTE necessity!). 2 years ago I had 1 electrician turn-​down the job because of the duct work and wiring routing difficulty, and another not show up or answer calls after agreeing to «give it a shot.» (??) In addition to this «life-​cannot-​continue» need for a bathroom exhaust fan, I needed the jacuzzi tub repaired, a ceiling fan installed, 2 master bath vanity light fixtures, & an outside light repaired/​replaced. Lance’s quote was more than reasonable given my perception of the scope of work. The reality of how reasonable it was is found in that he arrived at 9:00 AM, and despite the rain, some challenges that were unexpected, etc, he left at 5:30 PM…2 hours AFTER we all received a tornado/​dangerous weather warning texts on our phones. He seems like the type of person that comports himself with a high degree of integrity and wasn’t going to leave until he finish. This is what a craftsman and tradesman is like. I know he is a husband and father and thus I hope his business grows and flourishes because based on my experience, he deserves it.
