We met Bernice at an open house and was drawn to her because we felt like she really listened to us and cared about finding us the perfect house. We weren’t shopping for a mansion, but she treated us like we were. She was very accessible through texts, e-​mails, and calls even at odd hours, which was a big help as we worked to close on our house in less than a month. She was also helpful with thinking outside the box when problem-​solving inevitable bumps in the home-​buying road. When we found out from the mortgage company last minute that our cosigner, who was on a business trip in Boston, needed to get some final documents signed and notarized days before closing, she brainstormed ideas for getting the job done and kept me calm in the process.
