Came here on a rainy day looking for a new printer(kind of destroyed my old one in a fury, you know how frustrating printers can be) and they took care of me quickly and personally. Definitely a good place to go! As soon as I walked in the door, an employee(possibly a manager based on dress, though it could have been a regular employee as well) immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. I explained that I needed a particular printer I had seen them advertise online, and after looking in the computer to ensure she had some in stock, we set off in search of it. We couldn’t find it immediately in the section, though we found it near the front since it was a close-out sale. After making sure the store price-matched the online price, I went ahead and got it(opted against the offered warranty, since generally electronics tend to fail after those warranties expire). The well-priced printer and the excellent customer service are both definitely enough to convince me to return when I need something else(hopefully not a printer!). Overall: 4.5 stars — — — — — - Pros: –Good pricing, and instant price-matching of their online store(do your research!) –Excellent customer service. –Good inventory management. After all, what’s a great price on an item if there aren’t any items to sell? Cons: –They push the warranties pretty hard, though that’s to be expected(it seems like they get some incentive every time they sell it). It added on a few minutes to the trip time, so busy people might like to skip the sales pitch.
