Delivery is fast and prices are very fair. They are on grub hub, so it’s very easy to order. Food has been consistently good. This is now our new go to takeout place. We’ve ordered about 4 times in the last month.

Tried new panda after reading several positive reviews and I have to say I was very disappointed. We ordered General tso and chicken and broccoli during lunch. Good: lunch combo is about $ 7 comes with soup and egg roll. Egg drop soup and chicken and broccoli wasn’t the best I’ve had but it was better than average. Bad: General tso chicken had no chicken it was 95% all flour. Sauce weren’t bad but I couldn’t find any chicken. You can ask for white meat for additional $ 2. No veggies and I tasted a lot of MSG in the food. They are nice people but I won’t be back.

We ordered delivery on a Friday night and it was to our home, piping hot within 30 min. I agree with other users that the food is not greasy like your typical Chinese delivery/take out. We ordered spring rolls, wontons, chicken and broccoli and orange chicken, both with fried rice. All was very good — I’m leaving off one star because the wontons had pork or some meat in them. Aren’t wontons usually cheeses and cream cheese? My husband liked them but I don’t care for unidentifiable meats :) Also leaving 4 stars because my chicken and broccoli was VERY garlic-y. But tasty. I’m hoping it was a fluke and plan on trying it again next time. Point being — there will be a next time.

Best value and taste in the west end, hands down. The lunch specials are $ 5 — $ 6 and come with rice, soup, and an egg roll. You really can’t beat the price, and they do NOT sacrifice flavor or portion sizes. Any lunch special will be enough to fill you up, and probably have leftovers for dinner. Delivery service is fast and reliable, arriving exactly when they say they will arrive. Paying is also a breeze, since they use the Apple Square Reader to scan your card. LOVE!

Used to be very good earlier, but my last 2 visit’s experience has been terrible. While service is alright, quality of food has dropped significantly. Not planning to go back there any more.

Food was fast and delicious. I always order beef with broccoli and general tso’s chicken. The sauce on both are amazing.

Didn’t have a good experience with the service but the food was fine once they got the order right

Great Chinese food, always quick and hot! My wife and I do call out orders here regularly and really enjoy their food. Typically one order of any main dish is enough for two, as usually we will split and have plenty to eat. Always hot well after we get home and food is fresh every time.

Always very reliable! The most recent experience the delivery driver showed up without any money in order to give me change… as I was very surprised thinking«how could a delivery driver not have change». The driver, now with my money in hand tells he will be back in 30 minutes with my change. I decided to go along, wanting to see if the how honest this driver and company is. It wasn’t 15 minutes after this exchange, the driver knocked on the door with $ 10’for my change. As this place is my go to Chinese delivery, I can promise you I will not stray away. Respect.

Used to go here often. Mainly for convenience. It is close and reasonably priced. This is your american type of Chinese food not authentic. For authentic go to Peter Changs. My personal favorite is the salt and pepper shrimp, which is battered. I havent been much lately, as I have another go-to place in the area.

We just moved to the area so we’ve been trying all the nearby restaurants, this one will definitely be in our regular rotation! I had been craaaaaaving some chinese food so my bf and I saw this place as we were running errands and decided to check it out. It was a Sunday, but they were open til 9:00 which I thought was great! We elected to carry-out because we just weren’t dressed for going out. To be honest though, after seeing the«dining room» we probably would have taken our food to go anyways — it’s just three booths against the wall and all the employees of the restaurant not currently cooking or taking orders(including some children of the staff?) were sitting in one of the booths folding menus and watching tv; it’s just not a great atmosphere if you want to sit and eat. The tv facing the tables was on some Nickelodeon show and the younger kids were playing on iPads and yelling to the people in the back. Kind of awkward. It was REALLY busy too for 7:00 on a Sunday, but everybody was just coming to get takeout except for one couple sitting in the corner. Another reason I wouldn’t eat inside: the gentleman had to walk up to the counter to have his order taken, and we had been standing there about 15 minutes before they even got their drinks/acknowledgement. Hence, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 because the food was EXCELLENT! A great value for the money too. My boyfriend and I got their dinner specials, that comes with your entrée, a soup(egg-drop or hot and sour), rice(white, brown, or fried), and an egg roll(vegetable, pork, or shrimp). I order the General Tso’s chicken which was very good! The picture menu showed it w/broccoli but it was just chicken when we got it. I also got their hot and sour soup — which was just the right amount of spicy! and a regular egg roll. Overall I was very impressed. My boyfriend got the Orange Chicken, which was really good also! It was definitely spicy, but not too much for us. He got the egg drop soup, which I tried, and was a little thick for my liking. He also got a regular egg roll. I think all in all I paid $ 17 and change? Which I thought was a great deal considering all the food we got. I mean, I spend that much on two burritos at Chipotle! :/All in all, we will definitely be getting take-out from Asian Panda again! TL;DR: Good food, spicy, but well priced. Get it to go!

Decent chicken and broccoli, but expensive. Shrimp egg foo young sauce is tart, and not really a standout experience. Meh.

Already tried this place again — just as good, if not better, than the first time! And, this time I went to see what the restaurant looked like on the inside. I can now confidently say it is quite clean. :)

Was very pleased with our delivery order from New Asian Panda. Ordered the General Tso’s, and the Sesame Chicken for my wife. Both dishes arrived hot and tasted very fresh. The General Tso’s had a rather surprising flavor, much«lighter» than most General Tso’s I’ve had, not too sweet, and a «warm» spiciness that flows from your mouth and into your belly. The white rice also had just the right stickiness and a tasty subtle flavor, a perfect pairing for our chicken dishes. If I had one complaint, it would be delivery time. From placing my order through their website(there are actually two) it took just under an hour to get our food. For food of this level however, it’s definitely worth the wait. Just if you want to sit down and eat at 7, you should order at 6.

Best deal out there! Can’t beat their dinner specials — for $ 7.99, you get an entrée with white, brown or fried rice, soup(egg drop, wonton or hot & sour) and an egg roll(pork or shrimp.). Best deal and best Chinese take out we’ve had in the area! It’s our Chinese-of-choice!

We live close by so I decided to give them a try. Ordered takeout for the whole family… chicken lo mein, mala pork, beef and broccoli, egg drop soup and a rice noodle dish that I can’t remember the name of. When I went to pick up the food, I was surprised at how dirty the restaurant was and at how it smelled. We used to order occasionally when it was just called Asian Panda, and it was always clean. Now it looks like someone is living there and smells like it is never cleaned. Bottom line … The food tasted okay, but given the state of the restaurant, I don’t think I will risk eating here again.

The food was very good. I’ll definitely go back again. I couldn’t see myself eating in the restaurant. Very messy inside. However, the take out was fast, delicious and a good value.

Pretty tasty, and you get a LOT of food for your money. I decided to go to New Asian Panda tonight on a whim, since they have vegan/mock meat options on their menu and my old standby mock-meat Chinese place has been losing the battle with mediocrity. I ordered Spring Rolls and Mock Kung Pao chicken. The spring rolls came three to an order and were filled with a variety of veggies instead of the usual shredded cabbage. The mock Kung Pao had bite-sized diced gluten pieces, celery, carrots, water chestnuts and peanuts in a sauce that was actually decently spicy. As many have noted in previous reviews, the restaurant isn’t much to look at, but it’s a little family-run take out place in a strip mall. I’ve definitely been in worse. I’ll definitely be back!

The place is under new ownership, however I feel they have a lot to learn. I hope it will not be at the cost of their food, as I explained to them… the customer wants good quality food. I asked the Chef how often does he change the oil in the fryer and he said once a week. This is unacceptable, as the oil was bad on the fried dish they put in front of me. I explained to him, you cannot bring out a dish with oil dripping off of it. When you see this, this says the oil in the fryer is bad and needs to be changed. I sent my dish back as I will not eat a deep fried dish dripping in oil. I ordered the Kung Po dish, and the rice which came with it was a little soggy as though it had not been steamed long enough. If it was cooked correctly, than I have been eating over cooked rice for many many years. The Kung Po dish was good and hot. It was nice and spicy as I had ordered it. The hot tea was just warm and when I asked for a refill on water, she took my glass and just ran it out of the tap. No additional ice. I asked for«Ice Water» not just water. I know many do the Take Out with Asian Panda, however I like to have a seat and enjoy my meal without rushing home and eating it cold. The service was lacking in many respects and I felt like I had to wave her down to get her attention. The new owners are a young Asian couple, and I hope they learn from their mistakes without it costing them too many customer dissatisfaction. To me service is everything in a restaurant as well as the food. I will try Asian Panda again at a later date, in the hopes it will become better. If it does, I will up my stars, but for now I will just give them 3 out of 5.
