This place is fantastic! the staff is so kind and very easy to work with, I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a dress.

miLA Bridal is a wedding dress haven.
Compared to the other 4 stores that I visited in the Richmond area, miLA’s salon was clean, airy, spacious, and beautiful. The level of care and passion Kara & Kai (sisters who are the owners and designers of all of the dresses in the store) have for what they do is clear by the way they maintain the store and their dresses (which are neatly placed in garment bags, not half hanging on a rack).
I wound up purchasing one of their Olivia K collection gowns and as a person who’s not attached to clothing, I’m pretty excited. The fact that you can mix & match your own top and bottom to create a semi-​custom gown is SUCH A GOOD IDEA. I must have tried on 30 gowns and kept coming back to miLA because the semi-​custom gown I created just could not be beat (and not to mention that it will be uniquely my dress — no seeing it at other weddings!). Plus, as compared what I saw for non-​custom wedding dresses, I felt that the pricing was really reasonable.
Lastly, as I have not gone in for my fitting yet, I will say that I’m feeling really confident about my future fitting process. Kai & Kara who are the owners, are also the designers of all of the gowns in their shop, which means they are intimately familiar with each of their dresses and know what can and cannot be changed. There’s no «I’m not sure… I’ll have to contact a representative of the designer to find out if they can do xyz and get back to you.» Either Kai or Kara were always there during my appointments to help me choose a dress and answer any of my questions). Also because Kai & Kara are the owners & designers, that means they are fully invested in their store, experience and product — so ya, I’m feeling good that things are going to go well.

MiLa Bridal is a beautiful store filled with beautiful wedding gowns. They provided a service that is rare among other bridal stores. Kara, Kai, and Olivia were very talented who worked very hard to create the dream wedding dress for me. Their skills provided perfection, molded dress to my body and over all was a very pleasant experience. When shopping for a wedding dress is once in a life time experience and if I had the opportunity to re-​do, I would do it exactly the same way.
