I am thankful that our very valuable, recently inherited Baldwin piano was in such expert hands. Mike is very pleasant, professional and efficient and did a beautiful job tuning and repairing the instrument. We will definitely be depending on his services to maintain its beauty.

Mike recently tuned and serviced my piano, after a relatively recent move to Richmond.
Mike tuned the piano, restoring it to a condition it has not been in for a while.
I have known many piano tuners over the years, and always found that the traditional tuners who start with a tuning fork (and Not an iPhone) are the best. Mike did a fantastic job, was on time and had very reasonable rates. Much better rates and service than my last three tuners.
Mike is my tuner for as long as I am in Richmond!
I highly recommend Mike for all piano work!

Mike is very professional and very knowledgeable. Our grand piano had not been tuned in
many years. Mike took the time to explain and show what the piano needed before starting
the work. He was willing to do whatever it was that I wanted. He raised the pitch of the piano
quite a bit requiring tuning it 3 times in succession. He vacuumed the entire piano inside,
cleaned the keys, and made some other small adjustments all at no additional charge. The
piano sounded 10 times better after he was finished. I would absolutely recommend him and
his work. He was fair on pricing, and a hard and knowledgeable worker, and I felt that he was
totally honest in his service.
