How hard is it to make sure you have a fork to eat your pancakes ridiculous that’s all I ordered. How hard is it to do one’s job.

Okay. I’m waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes for a grilled chicken salad. It’s 9 p.m. and there are no customers and a bunch of workers on duty. I should have been given a free coupon for something.

Okay, been going to McDonald’s for years, but only for breakfast. Now that they have all day breakfast I will now go to McDonald’s! A few weeks ago we were in Richmond and decided we needed to eat. The service here was great, the place was clean, and the food was really good for fast food. It tasted fresh, not like most fast food. So, will definitely go back to this one.
The only downside to this place is the parking lot.

Drive thru is frustrating. They also lack any drive thru trash cans, so you can’t empty your cup holders of yesterday’s coffee so there’s no where to put today’s coffee.

I like that this McDonald’s cares about its customers.
No place is perfect, but some managers here actually strive to make this place better for its customers
I wish more McDonald’s were like this one!

That’s right, I am rating this McDonald’s FIVE stars because it is fully deserved.
This is hands-​down the fastest, most efficient Mickey-D’s I’ve ever visited. If you have longer than a three minute drive-​thru experience, then your clock must be wrong, because this rarely ever happens at this restaurant. They are always at the top of their game and always aware of your time.
The food is always prepared well, too — I know it’s hard to screw up fast food, but it can be done, and this McDonald’s never misses a beat. The food is always hot when you get it.
One negative is that they’ve gotten my orders wrong a couple times, but it’s nothing they aren’t quick to fix.
The staff is always courteous to you, and they’re always on their toes.
Oh, and also, their sweet tea is the best!

A surprisingly prompt, courteous, and clean McDonald’s. Also may be the last McDonald’s in Illinois as you head North toward Wisconsin.

Poor service, cold food, and very long wait times. There are really only 2 options for a quick lunch in this area, so I have a lot of experience with this mcdonalds. Do yourself a favor and pass this one up.
