The Pupusa’s here will give you an orgasm or priapism. I miss the little market that used to be located next door and the little flower shop run by this sweet muslim lady but it’s the economy stupid and they had to go. The décor is tacky as all hell, especially every time they try and remodel it, even tacky places in Latin America I have visited are better at being tacky than this place. But the service is great and flirtatious and the food is excellent. Take out is quick if you are in a rush. Seating is ample and service is relaxed but not fast for dine in, but it is quality like the food and that is what matters here. Come again and you’ll be remembered even if you are a pasty white bastard. This place definitely lives up to its name the JEWEL OF CEREN.

Great Central American food. The pupusas are delicious and the soups has a good home-​made taste with lots of vegetables and whole chicken legs.
There’s a nice Central American market attached with a very good meat counter.
