I came to Illumination for a workshop and I was incredibly impressed with the studio space and the professionalism of Khalima, the owner. The show she sponsored was equally amazing… A professional spectacle of gorgeous world dance and bellydance! I highly recommend classes or shows at Illumination!

I purchased a groupon for the Orientele bellydance fusion with Khalima. I have come across this site before and thought this would be a great way to try this out for cheap in case I didn’t like it. Well let me say that I was impressed with Khalima’s instruction. She was very attentive to body posture, muscle isolation and gave thorough explanation of the exact body movements. I went with a friend and she was very happy about the whole experience. When I was leaving someone told me they also have aerial silks classes upstairs which I’m definitely going to try out as well. They also do work to raise money for children to take dance lessons which is awesome for the community. I would highly recommend taking a session!
