Poor customer service. Been waiting for 4 days for the final cost and details and still no call or email. Nobody answer their phone

The 2 stars isn’t because their final product is bad. My bathroom is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the final result.
My 2 stars is their inability to communicate properly with me over things and my bad feeling about being overcharged for materials.
I was told I would be getting a «tile artist» who could do amazing and beautiful tile work. I was told their exceptionally high fee was because he would be laying tile with near perfection.
What I got was 3 days of this «tile artists» helper laying my floor and a few hours each day of the tile artists putting the tile design on my shower walls. One day he didn’t show up until late in the afternoon and that was just to tell me they didn’t have enough of the floor tile to finish.
I asked the sales guy who sold me a «tile artist» what was happening. I was told that the «tile artist» was to put up the design tile and his helper did all the other work. And they were looking for more tile so they could get done.
I asked for an itemized cost list because the helper picked up two boxes of unopened tile and left with it. Was I being charged for this tile even though they were taking it back? Why was an opened nearly full box of the expensive tile laying on my garage floor? Did they order too much and charge me for it?
I was told they really didn’t DO an itemized list for their customers.
Now I’m feeling taken advantage of because who knows what they really charged me for. So if you use them GET AN ITEMIZED list of the work they plan to do and how much the material is they will use and if they will deduct the tile they don’t use. This was my fault… so I’m passing along what I learned.
The tile is beautiful and I wouldn’t change my bathroom for the world. But the bad taste they left in my mouth over the poor customer service and lack of detail on the cost can’t be washed away in the fancy new bath.
