Ms. Hartz and her staff are so easy to work with. I received several letters from lawyers advertising their service but I chose Ms. Hartz because my initial conversation with her staff led me to believe they were honest and geninue up front but also understood what I was going through. This was my first reckless driving citation in my whole life (freaked me out because where I lived before, I could just pay the speeding ticket and be done) and she was able to reduce my fine and remove the points from my record. Her staff was very friendly and patient while I asked a zillion questions. They kept in contact and let me know exactly what I needed to do and provided helpful links.
