Smells like urine at the back of the store. Plumbing problem maybe, but it is nauseating. The people and the service is good.

I actually liked this pharmacy because it carried my sons medicine which not a lot of pharmacies carried. After today I will never come back to this pharmacy. Man at the front counter was very nice but when i had questions he went to the back to talk to the pharmacist and she refused to come to the counter and talk to me. She made him«deal» with me and best believe I let them know I didn’t appreciate the rude customer service. Not sure if they even care judging by the eye roll she gave me. I wasn’t able to catch a glimpse of her name but I’m sure I’m not the only one who has complained about her.

Is there a way to give negative stars? Pharmacy is absolutely the worst & if you want to experience the height of frustration go through the Pharmacy drive thru. CVS is the reason why mail order pharmacies are on the rise.

The clerks and managers of the store are great but the pharmacy is the worst! I went in yesterday to fill a new prescription(for a serious chronic condition) and wasn’t given any instructions on taking the medication, even though the bag I was handed stated«New Prescription, Consult Required» in bold letters. When I insisted on talking to the pharmacist, she told me the instructions were printed on the bottle and walked away. I asked about drug interactions and she told me if I was concerned to call my doctor. I was the only person inside the store and there was one person in the drive through lane. I’ve never had a pharmacist refuse to give a consult before, it’s an appalling lack of professional diligence. Thanks to Dr. Google I found out there are 8 over the counter drugs I can not take while this medication. Adverse drug reactions are the 4th leading cause of death in the United States, if you don’t want to be a causality I would suggest filling your prescription elsewhere.

These Guys! WOW! How do you fuck up this much and stay in business? How is your customer service this fucking poor and you stay in business? I have never had a positive experience at this store, however due to my insurance I have to use CVS for maintenance drugs in order to get a steep discount. The automated system calls me to advise that my scripts are ready and when I show up to get them I still have to wait because they cannot find them. They tell me that they«lost» them but will refill them right away. How do you loose stuff every time that I go there? Are you not supposed to keep up with prescription drugs? That is why they are under the control of a licensed pharmacist and staff! I visit this store at least monthly for myself or my wife and I have heard one of the pharmacy staff using the excuse that they are«short staffed» every time! I have written to CVS corporate and only get more excuses. I have spoke with the pharmacy manager and got these same excuses for at least three years now! Why don’t you make this better CVS? I have not and will not use any CVS unless I have to due to my insurance. I am also in the process of contacting my insurance to advise them of the issues with CVS to see if changes can be made.

This pharmacy is the worst! Customer service is bad and you have to wait hours for a prescription. There have been times when they told me my prescription would be ready, I’d go a day later and they’d tell me they had no prescriptions for me. They’ve even lost one of my prescriptions. Avoid this location.

They’re getting do busy that customer service is seriously falling. I dropped off a prescription for my daughter last night. I was asked when I would pick it up, I said that I would be by before lunch. Granted the drive through line was a little long and the parking lot was full. The pharmacist also failed to ask for verifying information(eg phone number and date of birth). I asked him if he could use that information. His response? «Oh, yeah.» I gave him the information and was told it would be ready by 6:30 am. I came by this morning around 9:00 and the pharmacist couldn’t find my prescription. After fifteen(15) minutes he still couldn’t find it. Ten minutes later he found her unfilled prescription with a post it note attached that said the drug was not in stock. How long before I would’ve been told? I’m severely disappointed. Even with the change on management, it’s evident that the pharmacy isn’t adequately staffed. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
