This lady is seriously pissing me off! I was referred to her by a friend and this is the first and last time I will ever go to Colisa! I went there 3 weeks ago to drop off my W-​2 forms and she told me that my refund will be deposited straight to my account in 1 week. It’s been 3 weeks and I have been calling her everyday and each day she keeps on saying it will be here tomorrow, it will be here the next day and it’s still not here! Finally I called her again 3 times today and she finally answered! She said, I’m with a client right now but as soon as I am done I will give you a call right back. I highly doubt that. Last night she said she was going to call me right back and she never did with the exact amount of my refund and email me, but I never received an email nor have I received any phone call from her! WHERE IS MY REFUND!!! PLEASE I ADVISE YOU TO NEVER GO TO THIS LADY! SHE IS LAZY!!!
