This place is exactly what a thrift store should be. It’s inventory is entirely based on donations, so its a lot of meh, with plenty of gems hidden throughout if you’re willing to look. There’s clothing in addition to furniture and random things, like undeveloped disposable cameras and vinyls! All the proceeds go into charities in the city, the space is available for any artist to display and sell their work, and they work to employ the mentally disabled. How can you not come here? Last but not least, it’s all dirt cheap! Like thrift stores should be! Most clothes are under $ 5. I got a pair of shorts and nice jeans for $ 6 total. Great place, definitely recommend it.

This place is amazing and run by probably the nicest, most considerate person in the world. The shop is quite large and has a huge selection of all kinds of goods(clothing, cheap books, knick knacks, sporting goods, furniture, belts, doodads, etc) as well as tons of really great, original and affordable art. Nice balance of quality and kitsch and most things are under $ 5. There are tons of free books available as well. The place does a lot for the community, offering art, education and job training for a variety of people; does a ton of recycling and more. Great place to go to to browse, check out interesting art, or buy a unique gift. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Lots of traffic going in and out(with seemingly everyone buying something) so it looks like they have a high turnover of goods.

I heard this place was just opened by a VCU Arts grad so I had to check it out. The LPs were actually alphabetized! Very rare for a thrift store. Nice clothing selection too. Love the pink and brick walls.
