They went out of their way to be rude. I wanted to do a survey thru my receipt, but ofcourse, we were not given one. We were asked to «pull forward» because our order was not yet complete. My assumption to those directions is to simply pull forward enough to let the car behind us out. As we were waiting, a young man that looked like a patron(he had no notable Burger King attire visible because he had a very raggedy coat on) approached our vehicle. To be honest, I thought he was going to ask for spare change. He informed us that when they asked us to pull up to the second window(which they did not ask of us), it really means the side door, which is around the other corner of the store, for«future reference.» I then informed him that we wouldn’t be returning for future reference. He may want to give a lecture to his fellow employees on how to be more specific to the patrons if anything. He had specifically come out to belittle us. He was not the attendant who brought the food, she came out shortly thereafter. He had no business with us. In fact I’m still not quite sure he was an employee? If he was, it would have been nice to know his name so the manager could be informed of his poor quality of customer service. But honestly, would it have mattered? You get what you pay for, I understand that, but less than a half mile down the road is a McDonald’s, which has impeccable customer service, so if you’re in the area, I would suggest going there. And I do believe it’s a little cheaper too. I’m sure this review won’t affect much for the business, but at least it’s been put out there for management to review. If anything comes out of this, I hope this young man learns the value of customer service and excels in his future careers, otherwise I hope he enjoys minimum wage.

I’ve never really had bad service at this location and the food has always been what ive come to expect from fast food… OK lol. The only thing is you never know when they are opened or closed.

It’s Burger King, so not a whole lot to say about it, aside from it’s a decent place to eat if you want fast food and are burned out from going to McDonald’s all the time. Inside is mostly clean, so that’s nice. They have one of those«mix ‘n’ match» drink machines that can give you whichever drink combination your heart desires. Food quality is what you’d expect, though for some reason they charge extra for cheese(no idea where that’s coming from). Finding a parking space is pretty easy, though getting in and out of the parking lot is another matter. If you’ve got coupons, it’s a worthwhile fast food place to visit. Overall: 3.0 stars — — – Pros: — Clean for what it is. — Food is reasonably good. — Lines tend not to be long. Cons: — They charge for cheese for some odd reason. — Parking lot is difficult to get into and out of.

Went there for breakfast around 7am French toast sticks were cold and hard! Hash browns tasted like they were fried in old grease. I’ve visited this location 3 times 2 out of 3 the food was cold not even warm but COLD! I tried to give them another chance as this is really convenient(a block from my house) but I would rather drive to Short pump and get fresh food rather than settle for hard cold French toast sticks which are quite delicious when served fresh.
