Great bar food… Really good service. Michael was great. Pretty nice beer list. Music was good. Will def go back to our new neighborhood bar

Review is way over due as last visit here was over 6 months ago. The smoke smell has always been bad — even in the extremely small «non-​smoking» section. I guess just too much smoke escaping from the supposedly filtered smoking section. I used to overlook the smell because they had a decent beer selection and the sandwich specials for lunch were pretty good. I even belonged to All Star rewards club. Last time I went, the food was awful as well. To date, I haven’t been motivated to give them another shot.

What a great selection of beer and the service to go with it!

Also we had an amazing waitress (her name was constants) tonight. I swear she is the best waitress I think I ever had.

It’s been 2 years since I’ve been to baileys and it may be the last time. We walked in and stood at the front for all most two minutes and didn’t get greeted until we walked out the door and a gentleman asked if we were waiting for a table? Yes we were! I applaud you for coming out to salvage the business. Also weird that this is college game day (opening weekend) and there may have been 8 – 10 people in the whole place. I’ll leave that bar to the late night people who like to go there because that has to be the only thing keeping that place open anymore. Epic fail !

I have never been here overall the menus small and not alot to chose from. The place is pretty big and you really can’t tell the size of the inside from outside. The pool area is cool. The drinks are run of the I’ll not too many specials to choose from. All in all its a great place to see UFC fights even though there is a cover charge.

The barnyard burger was on point. This was one of my top favorites for burger week and one burger was is definitely enough to share.

I stopped in on a late friday evening for some brews and food. Sat at the bar and ordered a draft and the drunken chicken tenders. The bartenders were nice enough to change the channel for what me and my crew wanted to watch on our nearby tv.
The bartenders were nice and kept asking is we were doing fine. We got our orders and I was in heaven. I loved the Newcastle beer– battered chicken. The dinner portion was huge– should’ve ordered the appetizer version instead. Paired with house style ranch dressing and Parmesan fries, I was happy and full!!!
After we ate, we were happy to stick around and play a round of darts and a round of pool. Great night with friends and overall great service.

About a week ago, I planned to go this Bailey’s location for a Meetup event. I will have to admit that I was skeptical about this Bailey’s location due to the previous Unilocal reviews and the bad service/​food from the Southside location. But nevertheless, I went into the experience with an open mind. How did my experience go? To find out, read below.
The Good:
Individual Service– I arrived at the restaurant around 5:00pm. I was immediately greeted and seated. The server was friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the menu items. I placed my order and received my food within 15 minutes. There wasn’t much more that I could ask from my experience with service.
Taste– I ordered the Chicken Fingers and Fries. The chicken fingers were beer battered and fries were nicely seasoned. Unlike my Kickback Jacks experience, my food was hot, perfectly cooked and tasty. Not much more I could ask from my experience with taste.
Price/​Portion– Many places that I order chicken fingers from tend to give three to four chicken fingers. Bailey’s was generous with the portion size and the price seemed to be pretty reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food.
The Bad:
Group Service– When the rest of my group members arrived at the restaurant, the services slacked up tremendously. Orders took a while to come out, servers would forget which orders people placed and glasses and plates remained on tables until people from the group hunted down some of the servers.
Overall– I think this Baileys location is perfect for people looking for a nice meal and place to relax. I am not sold on their group service, but then again how many people go to Bailey’s for group activities? FOUR STARS.

On Friday March 20^th I took some friends to lunch it took 45 minutes for us to get our food. Our drink glasses stayed empty for the same amount of time. I had to get up and find the manager to find out why our food had not come out of the kitchen. When they brought our food mine was cold, and one of the others came out wrong. When I talked to the manager and complained when we were leaving he was rude and accused me of insulting him. He never came over to the table to check on us. Then he told me I could take my business some where else. So I will be not be going back in the future. The food and service has gone down hill.

They just posted a sign that says the restaurant is smoke-​free? There goes all their customers.

Basically, if you aren’t here inebriated, or planning to become so; you won’t even be recognized as a guest. I felt like a nuisance asking for a refill from the bartender, but my server only cared about the guests I was driving home. Basically, this place isn’t going to last long as a bar if they don’t start taking better care of 100% of their guests, whether they’re drinking or not. So much for being the DD.

Bailey’s is a large sports bar on the west end of Richmond. Ample parking is available. Several beers on tap but a full bar is available. Large groups can be accommodated by the existing seating arrangement.
A smoking area outside is available. Bathrooms are adequate but hardly spectacular. Several pool tables occupy about a third of the floor space.

Is it called Smokehouse because it reeks of smoke? I’m really asking.
Don’t come here for real food. This is where tobacco smokers come to indulge. It’s overwhelming. The smoke is the first thing that greets you in the entrance of the «restaurant»…before the hostess, even!
And that’s all I have to say about that.

Good place to watch sports, drink, and smoke overall a sports fan bar. Food and drinks reasonable priced and servers are friendly too.

Went for UFC fight. Service was bad for Angel, for me, not so much. Not sure what the problem was. Usually we both have good service. Fight was excellent!

For some reason, this place was half dead and empty when I visited with my friends. I had Spinach dip which I went ham on because I was so hungry lol. Drinks were good too. The pub itself is pretty nice. I just had unpleasant experience with obnoxious creepers that we just couldn’t get rid of. They were so annoying!

We went to Bailey’s on Saturday at 9 and it was barely half full.
The food was pretty good and the drinks were mediocre.
The ambience was terrible. It was loud, filled with smoke and as the evening progressed, the crowd got sketchier. The employees seemed to have drama and kept huddling up and then dispersing. Very strange. One server was talking to her friends who were at a table adjacent to ours and she was cussing and behaving unprofessionally.
The whole atmosphere was unprofessional. I know they want to attract men with booty shorts and tight clothes, but some of these girls looked like they just stepped out of a trashy strip club.
I haven’t been to Bailey’s in awhile and don’t plan to return. I understand the light turn out on a Saturday night.
Want wings/​drinks/​watch a game? There are many better choices in the West End.

A great place to get with friends to drink some drinks and smoke (a cigar for me, cigarettes for those that do). Typical bar food that tastes just as you would expect them to, no wow factor, but seriously who comes here to be wow’ed by food?
They have an assortment of video games, a ton of tv’s to watch your favorite team, and a lot of beer on tap so you should be able to find one you like.

I went here with some coworkers while on a business trip. I didn’t realize that it was the same thing as Fox and Hound. I’m from Illinois so I was very sad when I found out you could smoke here, it smelt bad at first but I got used to it. They do have a non smoking section but it’s a really awkward space when you walk in.
I ordered the bear battered chicken strips and I had a foursquare deal for 50% off an appetizer so I got my dinner for $ 4, not bad! The food was good. It was a little loud but that is what you expect when you go to a sports bar. There was karaōke and a dj it appeared.
Nothing to complain about really, just hate the smoke
