I had a great experience with Aladdin Freight moving my car, filled with belongings, from Oakland, CA to Gothenburg, Sweden. Nord Trafik AB and Aladdin Freight also had the most competitive price. Kristine was very diligent and pleasant to work with, I had heard about her from the partner of Nord Trafik AB in Sweden. When I picked up my car in Gothenburg, they also expressed that Aladdin Freight is the best partner they have had through the years, it is very important that all paperwork is complete for everything to work.
Sad to hear about Kristine’s recent passing. All the best to Jon and Veronica, who also helped me, to continue running the business.

Ive been using Aladdin Freight to ship cars all over the world for close to ten years now. Never had a single issue or problem. Reading other reviews below of «nightmarish» experiences is unfathomable. Really? Kristine has always been friendly and courteous to me, but more importantly she got the job done every single time. Perhaps these reviews are from competitors? I have recommended Aladdin for years and will continue to do so as I have nothing but positive experiences with them.

I’ve been using Aladdin to ship cars all over the world for 6 years! Never once have I had a problem. They also have the most competitive prices of any overseas freight company in my opinion.

The owner of Aladdin Freight is impossible to deal with. Her arrogant attitude and complete lack of customer service is appalling.
She can do NO WRONG and at every turn, if things do not go her way, she’ll hold up her hands «That’s not my problem». I have sent more than 50+ containers overseas and never had such issues as I have had with them.
Sued her in small claims and she lost soundly. Avoid Aladdin Freight…

Nightmarish experience but we are glad we finally received our shipment! Horrible customer service (if that even existed). Perhaps we could have found a better option but we were tight on schedule. Maybe they are better with other shipments rather than personal household shipments.
