Will never return, they’ve always been rude but I always came back because it was close to my house. However, it’s time to find a new eye doctor after I was told they couldn’t put my prescription into glasses I purchased at another optical, it can only be on glasses I either purchased from them or the free ones my insurance gives through them. That’s just ridiculous! They will give you a hard time about getting a copy of your prescription, a couple of years back even though my insurance covers everything exam lenses glasses they charged me a «delivery» fee because they would have to take my glasses to put in my prescription. I now go to another optical in the same area where I don’t deal with any of these headaches no such «delivery» fee no problems with my prescription and best of all I get my glasses in 2 days!

Terrible customer service. Took over 2 months to get the glasses. Rude and unprofessional staff.
Take your money elsewhere!

Dr. dylan vision center is a family owned vision center. He specializes in Glaucoma and is very friendly. The staff are friendly and very helpful. He explains everything fully to you and even stands there while taking visual field. Neighborhood eye doc, very friendly.

I went here for an eye exam and glasses. I made the appointment through ZocDoc and received a call the next day in regards to my insurance. They checked my eligibility and called me back to finalize my appointment.
I went in and saw they have a really large selection of eyewear. Rayban, Coach, Prada, Versace, Bebe etc, as well as low-​end and a section for those who have Medicaid.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. The storefront is kept well. Everything is super clean. Dr. Olivos is great as well. Very knowledgeable. Hands down, best eye doc I have been to. I felt very comfortable. The equipment in there is some that Ive never seen. He gave me a very thorough eye exam.
On the downside, it took 3 weeks for my glasses to be ready They told me it would be 2 – 3 weeks but on the brim of 3 weeks I decided to call and they told me it was ready, so Im not sure how long they have been there BUT because the doctor was so great I didnt complain and I would absolutely go back.
I come to different places on the block and there is always parking available. Metered parking but you never have to go crazy looking for a spot.
