These guys are putting a little coffee culture into the Tri-cities. Solid coffee, beautiful space for gathering and excellent customer service with a passion for the bean.

Taking coffee to the next level. Resilient makes some of the best coffee I have ever tasted. Their vanilla Latte is to die for. People are very friendly and vibe is good if you decide to stay a while.

Okay, Resilient I’m concerned. Let me start by saying I love your espresso. I have never had a bad drink at your coffee house. I have been formally trained as a Barista and have managed a coffee house myself. My husband has a degree in wine science. Also, for the record my husband and I seek out amazing coffee. We recently took a road trip from Seattle to Monterey, CA and stopped at every single top rated coffee house(according to Epicurus) and roastery along the way. Needless to say, we are qualified to understand the subtle nuances of flavor and quality. The last two times I’ve been to Resilient I’ve felt like I’m stepping into a battle with your Baristas. I completely understand your desire to make coffee as traditionally as possible maximizing the flavor profile of your espresso. I appreciate that. Today I ordered a 12 oz cappuccino with a little bit of vanilla and was told no. So, I ordered a 12 oz latte with vanilla(a little, i don’t like it sweet) and extra foam and was given a line about how they make micro foam and therefore I could not have extra foam since that wasn’t traditional. For the record, as a Barista the only foam you should be making is micro foam. I know what it means to have healthy foam. And I want more if it. Will that throw the traditional ratio of espresso to milk to foam to flavor off a little bit? Traditionally yes, but as someone who knows the ins and outs of the coffee world my personal taste is for a little extra foam and something to cut the bite. I ended up leaving today empty handed because I had been told«no» by your Barista 4 times in one conversation — essentially saying that no matter what my taste preference was wrong and she was not going to make my drink(that I’m paying for) in that way . For the record, the one star is because I was not able to actually get coffee. The espresso when I’ve had it in the past is worth 5 stars.

If zero stars were a choice that is what I choose. I use drive throughs as often as possible, chemotherapy left me with difficulties getting in and out of the car. The nice courteous window waitress said it was company policy to only serve coffee at the counter inside. Because it takes up to 3 minutes to brew. At 1:30’in the afternoon there are no lines anywhere in Richland, let alone at a newly opened fledgling business. My wife was able to get her latte from the drive through and quite enjoyed it. I however will never go back.

I got a doppio, which was served with sparkling water, and it was amazing. Felt as if I was at a coffee house in Portland or Seattle. My wife got a latte which was fantastic also. Great high quality coffee in the Tri-Cities.

I love my coffee fresh roasted and top quality and Resilient delivers. They buy quality coffee so they can roast it lighter to get many of the subtle flavor that are lost when less quality coffees are roasted dark. Dark roasts cover the bad flavor of cheap beans. I appreciate that they always have an African and an Central American single origin available. These are my favorite regions. Any time I have had a concern or an issue with a coffee the owner had made is right. I love the care and quality in the coffee. I have been drinking Resilient coffee for about 3 years and it is always getting better. If you haven’t tried it in awhile I would suggest trying it again.

I felt so bad that I had no idea what to get, however the guy at the register was so nice and sweet! Simply enough, I took a latte. I not only enjoyed the latte, but the experience as well. The atmosphere of the whole room was so clean, relaxing, and over all classy. I really appreciated their dishes they served their coffee in, I felt so fancy. I think the whole coffee shop is just so cute in everything they serve and they provide a beautiful location.

Amazing mocha latte. Jessica crafted a drink that made my day! It’s great to find a wonderful local alternative to char-bucks or the deafening noise of other local places. And the aroma… is simply amazing. Nice to find a place to recommend to others. I’m turning in my gold card.

I moved here from Seattle and I missed this local coffee place there called Vivace. They had perfect coffee. It’s bold and smooth. So. Good. I heard about this new place opening recently so I stop by on my day off. I ordered the New Orleans style cold brew and it’s delicious. It’s their cold brew with a little bit of agava and cream. It’s not too sweet but it’s good flavor. My boyfriend got a caramel latte and WOW! It tastes like creamy coffee beans — very bold but super smooth tasting. It’s SO good! He’s not a picky coffee drinker like me but even he said it was really good! I’m a fan of tasting the coffee without the bitterness and slight burnt taste and they have accomplished that perfectly. I am so excited that there’s a local coffee place that’s as good as Vivace. They’re pretty reasonably price — it’s less than Starbucks and tastes 100 times better! Oh, they roast all the coffee beans for Roasters :) If you like Roasters, you will LOVE this place!

I was hoping to find a place that could make an Americano as good as Espresso World did. Starbucks, Roasters, and Dutch Bros make good Americanos, but Espresso World had it down. It was amazing, and I like it black, which is to say I love the strong coffee flavor. So perhaps Resilient Coffee Roasters, which is supposed to be more upscale, could fill the bill? Well, I didn’t even drink 1⁄10 of my drink, which cost $ 3.26, more than twice as much as Dutch Bros. It was just not tasting good at all. Ironically, after dumping out my drink I went to Roasters to get an Americano. Roasters is owned by the same company as Resilient, and roasts their coffee for them too. And they make a good Americano. I hope I go back and something catches me. After all, it is only one drink. Maybe this winter I will go back on a cold day and have one of their hot mochas. I will definitely update the review. But for now, I have to say that the Americano I had I couldn’t even finish.

Lucky! Driving through Richland on my way to Kiona Winery I stopped off to try this new shop. What a pleasant surprise. Coffee is excellent and would compete head on with any specialty shop. Service is pleasant. I’ll be back every time I’m in the area…

REAL coffee! This is not your average«foofoo» coffee joint. This is coffee as art. My first venture here required pure coffee. I chose the Ethiopian beans, pressed in the aero press. And I am a «fake it till you make it» coffee snob, so I was pleased to have such an informative and inviting staff assist me in making my first craft coffee purchase. All are welcome here… pink hair and tattoos are optional. Cheers to heavenly joe!

Specialty Coffee Paradise in the Tri-Cities, complete with a brand-new roastery, home-made cold brew with nitro, Aeropress and more. Paid $ 3.50 for a 12oz Ethiopian pourover. A chill environment for meeting friends, romantic dates or intense study. They also had Kenyan and Guatemalan roasts available. Serious coffee-brewing supplies were also available for sale.
