Wingstop

Are these guys still opened? I tried yo call in an order for 20 mins. And the phone was never answered. Think ill just go to KFC. What a bummer!!!

Do not eat here. Everything is cheap from the bad food to the eat in dinning. I swear the owners of this restaurant are from over seas. Oily, dry dry chicken, concrete floors, no decorations, everything looks like the floor mat of a New York taxi cab. $ 25 for one order of French fries and 20 wings. No drink, no napkins, sauces are $ 1.00 each extra. Rip off !!! I have to spend $ 5.00 to go to Kroger now to get some stomach stuff I feel sick.

Hit or Miss with this location. Up to last week, the boneless wings were good but this last time they were so overcooked– you could not bite into them. Geesh!!!
In the past 15 times I have ordered from them 10 times they have gotten the order wrong. I live behind the location so its the usual place we order from. Even if they repeat your order there is a high possibility they give you the wrong order or someone
else’s order.
Some of the staff are just plain rude or have a careless attitude. Each time I go they act like they are doing a favor for people when they take an order for them. They probably forgot they are on a payroll.
I have no complains on the waiting time as I know they take time to make but when they mess up your order then you have to wait another 30 mins.
Their ice machine is not the greatest either. I never get a drink from there as I seen mold on their Ice spout. I now go to the one 10 mins away from me cause this location has sorry service. Not from all staff but like I said. Hit or miss.

Absolutely the worst wings I have ever had, and They gave me blue cheese dressing instead of ranch and I am highly allergic to blue cheese, so now I have to work my shift with 100mg of dyphenhydomine me. Will never make that mistake again

Ice machine has visible mold in the ice chute. I notified the staff and no action was taken while I was in the restaurant. Photos are available, but I cannot post to the review. I notified and showed the staff and the manager was «going to take a look.»
The staff seemed nonchalant about that, as well as overall location operations (bathroom was out of toilet paper– promptly addressed once I brought it to their attention, but they were not proactively monitoring).

I came in for my first taste of Wingstop and I could not be happier. The wings were great I got Louisiana rub and mango habenero. The man (Jordan)on the register helped me order. Well I was tearing through my wing completely happy when, I went fumble fingers and dropped one. They young man (Jordan) again was quick to help. A few seconds later he produced a wing to replace the one I dropped. I would spout the normal give him (jordan) a raise idea. But, that wouldn’t befair give him (Jordan)a promotion. The service he provided from beginning to end was awesome a great first impression.

They told me 15 minutes. I got there and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. It took 35 minutes total.

The wings are so good. I love the mango habanero wings. Just the right amount of heat. I eat there about once every week or two and usually get the same thing and the service is usually the same.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst wings I have ever had in my life! I got the order to go and when I got home, the bag was soaked in grease. I put it on the counter, and a puddle of grease got on my counter. I ordered the «mild» buffalo chicken wings but you could not taste the sauce whatsoever. They tasted like grease and butter. The fries sucked too. I will probably go to Wing Stop again but NEVER EVER this location ever again! STAY AWAY!!! You have been warned.

I’ve been here once before and would’ve given it a 3 – 4 review but this time wasn’t cutting the mustard. No greeting from man behind the counter. 27 minutes to get food. Burned little tiny shriveled wings with no meat. They gave us all drums no wings. Not even a goodbye or thanks for coming from the lady we walked by cleaning off tables when we left.
Save your time and money and head somewhere else.
1 star out of 1 possible is for cleanliness and atmosphere. The place is very small but cute.

Man this place is hit or miss and the past three times it’s been a miss.
The food always tastes the same and is consistent so it’s not the food. It must be management or lack of management because the wait times can be ridiculous. We’ve had to wait anywhere from 20 – 40 min for wings. I understand the wings are made to order but if you have 5 people ordering the same thing at the same time you should be making them together not one by one individually. That is a bit much to wait as long as we have.
I suggest everyone just call in your order, even if you are planning on eating there, otherwise you will be waiting long enough that you can hop in the car, go somewhere else and be eating in the amount of time they are making your wings.
The staff are also the reason I am rating so low. Every time we go they aren’t very friendly, and the last time we went they charged us wrong twice, it was a nightmare.

Wasn’t a big fan of this place. Their fries were soggy and too salty and their wings were not that great either. Got the lemon pepper and Cajun seasoned ones. My wings were laying in a puddle of grease! Gross. The only thing I liked about this place was their ranch dipping sauce.

Worst wings ever. This location is run by morons. Got order wrong. The wings we got were so over cooked we threw them away. I won’t go back. Stay away.

Called in the food an hour ahead of time bc I know how long they can take… I still ended up waiting 15min after my scheduled pick up time. Maybe all of their friends visiting when I got there distracted them.
At least I got to eat wing stop though

We usually call ahead and the food is always ready.
Excellent, consistent product and we loved the twister fries.
Staff was friendly and appropriate.

Not sure why the site is getting poor reviews because of slow service. The wings are made to order which is why the quality of the food is so good. I’m a huge wings fan and consider their hot wings as the best in the metroplex. Plus the fries are always hot and never greasy. The seasoning has a bit if sugar which makes them stand out.
If you don’t like to wait you can call it in early, then drive over and eat a great meal. Plus 60 cent boneless wings on Monday and Tuesday are a great deal.

So I do like eating Wingstop but I wouldn’t rate this place a 5 star establishment. What’s giving it 3 stars is that the food and taste is consistent so I don’t need to worry about my wings/​fries not being made right.
Like the other customers mentioned, the service is really slow and I’ve also had some experiences with the staff not being very amiable. Some of them don’t really seem to even care about their jobs. Of course this is just a general thing as there are a select few I’ve encountered that are great with customers.

I’m not a big fan of Wing Stop, and when I came here they took forever to make our order (we were a party of four) even though there weren’t any other orders being filled at the time.

Horrible customer service! I also heard the same cashier be rude to other customers. The chics name is Sonya. I will be contacting corporate. She said she was the manager but i SERIOUSLY doubt that.
