Pizza Hut

they have never messed up my order. i really enjoy their pizza, wings, and the waffle fries are nice. at pick up, they always open the box so you can see that it is correct. they could use improvement on smiles and over-​all friendliness, but other than that, they’ve never done me wrong.

I have ordered from this place online several times. Normally they do a very good job. On this one day we ordered the chicken wings and they were completely undercooked. They offered to re-​cook them and deliver them for free.
Buyer beware! Be sure to check your wings from wing street for wing don’t when you order them!!!
Spoke with young lady on the phone she tried to direct me to the manager but the manager was not available. Go figure!

$ 23 for a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and cheese??? Nooooo sir. That’s just highway robbery.

Ordered a 20 dollar pizza to be delivered and got sick from it. Not only did they get the order wrong the pizza was undercooked. Normally wouldn’t even bother to leave a review but this store had screwed up my order so many times I finally contacted the corporate offices. Corporate sent me a coupon for a free pizza and guess what? They don’t want to honor it. The manager said I would have to come and pick it up if I wanted to use the coupon and just didn’t even seem to care that one of their customers is fed up enough to finally go some where else from now on. Apparently they don’t trust their drivers enough to handle a coupon. I would strongly recommend, if you value your money, spend it someplace else.
As a business owner myself, I know the value of fixing mistakes made by my company and if I treated my customers the way I was just treated, I wouldn’t be in business for long. So much for integrity…

horrible customer service. messed up my order twice in a row. «no refunds given» I was a fan, guess I’ll go to papa Johns from now on.

I’ve ordered from here many times and have never been disappointed. The quality is always the same and I never have to wait too long. Last night we went in and ordered the $ 10 dinner box that had more than enough food for two. We got a medium pizza like six breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. It all tasted pretty good and filled my husband and myself up and there were even leftovers. It’s definitely not gourmet pizza and not the best I’ve ever had but a good way to fill up on the cheap.

Ordering from this place for years on special nights… usually Yummy and fresh. Pay extra for this place when I can pick up down the street for less, but this has always been Fresh… EXCEPT tonight… the purple onions obviously old, sour and slimy pale pink (and onions are cheap… so non fresh onions means LAZY) and the sauce tasted tangy and funky… makes you worry about the things you can’t see… will give you one more chance… maybe just an off night
update. We have ordered several more times and it has all been fresh, maybe that was a bad day.

Will be going elsewhere next time
