So sorry you can not give 0 stars. My girlfriend bought quite a number of plants here over the last month. Wound up having one she needed to return and wound up with the worst service I have ever seen. There is not a «all sales final» or «no returns» sign anywhere. The plant being returned was healthy, just was not going to be used on our project. The owner was very rude, called my girlfriend a bi***, was aggressively walking toward her(to the extent she feared she was going to be hit) — all while her husband just watched. The only sign she kept pointing to was one stating plants should be watered. We had watered it and it was not dying — just needed a home where it could be used. In the end, lost a customer for a $ 7 plant. Could sense from staff that this was most certainly not an isolated incident and the other recent reviews prove the same. Do yourself a favor and try elsewhere — the Owner even suggested if you want a nursery that takes plants back to go to Lowe’s. We most certainly will!

Rude! Smoking! Did I say rude! Totally uninterested in helping you at all. They act like you are bothering them. Soooo rude! This is my 1st review that Got below a 4. Sorry! The thin blonde was only interested in smoking and being rude. The other help… Even the manager had terrible attitudes.

DONOTBUYAGAVESHERE. they have plants marked as winter hardy that are NOT. I Spent over $ 600 here, had my receipt and when an $ 89.99 agave died in the cold they would not stand behind it. Wouldn’t even let me exchange for another one. The manager told me they do not warranty their plants. There is a sign over this particular agave that says«winter hardy». I asked the day we bought it and was told it would be fine here. A landscaper told me it was not winter hardy when he saw it. I called again and was told again it was winter hardy. I brought it back before planting to make sure we were all talking about about the same plant and was told a 3rd time it was winter hardy. We did have a very cold winter but we wrapped and protected the plant below freezing. It is NOT winter hardy. I’ve seen this plant at other nursuries since and they all say it needs to be in a container. I would question anything you are told in this place. Buyer beware.

I always seem to forget about them since they are down in Richardson. I stopped in and was amazed at the selection. I am redoing my whole landscape and everything from here on out will probably come from here. They have an outstanding selection and everything has a card telling all about it, where to plant, how to water, etc… I had a guy approach me and offer any help I needed, loaded a birdbath for me, talked about fruit trees and other plants, and helped me put everything I bought in my truck. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They had a huge selection inside and out, and lots of décor items. Much better than most other nurseries. Will be my #1 yard destination now!

Plants & Planters is a small nursery right off 75. They generally sell standard landscaping plants, from flats of annual color to perennial shrubs and bushes. Their retail storefront also houses an eclectic mix of yard décor and pottery. What sets Plants & Planters apart from other nurseries and garden centers is their fantastic collection of indoor houseplants and tropicals. Everything from terrarium plants to ficuses can be found in their cozy greenhouse – they have some unique and remarkable finds that you won’t see too many places. If you’re looking for a unique accent plant for an interior space, Plants & Planters is your first destination for indoor flora.

Plants and Planters is my new default garden center/nursery in Dallas. They have an amazing greenhouse full of the most beautiful plants. You can get one-on-one personalized advice from the staff. She helped me pick out the right plant and answered all my questions. I don’t have much to compare as far as prices because I am new at gardening, but they seem fair. And I think they hand pick all the plants that they bring in. Pretty awesome.
