They are perfectly on time and took great care of my kitchen while they were removing/​dismantling my microwave. Very informative, helpful, quick and neat. Really nice guys work for this company. They explained the issue clearly after they revived my 30 year old microwave!

Horrible all around. Customer service is horrible, don’t bother calling the receptionist, the guy is slow and all around incompetent. Technicians say one thing and then report back another… then all around decline the work. Absolutely horrible! Go elsewhere!!!

Horrible customer service! Looked up the company online, called and spoke to a man for 20 minutes regarding a issue with my oven (explaining the problem, model, etc.) and set up a appointment for Monday between 12 – 2. Sat at my house on Monday until 2:05 waiting then decided to call again only to find they had no record of my appointment and the man on the other line made no attempts to reconcile the issue. Seriously? I take 2 hours off work of my personal time and you can’t give me anything? Other than «well we have a 2 o’clock open» (its 2:15 by this point mind you.

After having my washing machine poop out on me in the middle of a cycle (full of water) a friend of mine suggested I call On Time! The serviceman got here so quickly, and was very courteous and trust-​worthy!!! He fixed my washing machine so that it was working brand new!!! I learned that they repair appliances of all sizes. I’m excited to have found them as a back up incase of any more mishaps! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
