This company came out through our home warranty company to check our pump which they did get replaced. However not 4 months later the pumps capacitor is broken. My ex-home warranty company nor this company will give me the needed warranty information or even the info, both of which they did not give us on the repair day, so that I can get a supposedly new pump replaced. Poor customer service also the woman who returned my call was very rude and finally agreed to send me the invoice yet never did. Very upset with service.

Great job replacing my faulty(and very old!) pool controller. I had multiple issues(with the manufacturer) sending several faulty replacements. Matt’s Water did a great job working with the distributor, tech specialists and installers to get me up and running. Thoroughly recommend!

I have been a client for a couple of years. Service started out okay, but for about a year now the pool is usually dirty and something is always needing repairs. There is usually poor or no response to communication attempts, hence the negative review here. The technicians that come out to the house now are generally unfriendly and block the driveway so you can’t get in or out.
