Not good. I’m sorry. I kept it simple and went with a Jr. Cheeseburger and fries. The burger was kind of like a Wendy’s burger in size and makeup. The patty was topped with half-melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. It’s was not hot and was pretty lifeless. The fries were OK.

Went in for breakfast this morning and it will be the last time we go to this location. We tried one more time after watery biskets and gravy. We got a breakfast burrito, western omelet bagel and pancakes. The eggs were bad, no ice in the ice machine, the bagel is inedible as it was rock hard and stale. We got my nephew an ice cream and it was completely freezer burnt. Gross! The staff was completely rude. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

This place is wonderful. The boys love the burgers and of course the ice cream. The staff is super friendly. We go there at least 3 times a week.

Every time I walk-in there for the same ice-cream they charge me differently. Mean and inefficient crew.(not all though). Need to have good crew for us to enjoy good ice-cream. Its second time my stomach is upset with strawberry milk shake only at this particular store.

Pros: Good greasy sloppy burgers! Free scoop of chocolate or vanilla ice cream with combo meal Excellent Ice Cream and grocery Cons: Staff very unfriendly Slow Wait Usually busy Well honestly I say the pros outweigh the cons. I love their hamburgers and ice cream. Until they do something utterly unforgivable I will continue to frequent here. I also really like that I can buy my milk, eggs, ice cream, and cheese here. It’s always been clean. I do have to say that the staff is not the best, but hey its a fast food chain for intense purposes. I say try and explain your order slowly and be patient.

We used to frequent the dirty old Braum’s that was farther East, so were much excited when the fancy new Braums opened. We’ve been multiple times now, and i hate to say, that the quality has went down on each visit. It’s odd. I want to like Braums. I’m from Oklahoma. Fascinated by those weird ass neon black light things they have in their stores(can someone tell me what those things are for?) Their cheesy point of purchase posters(someone in graphic design should teach a class on their efforts or make a book.) But a guy can only take so many mediocre to bad burgers and questionable service before he says no mas. The above rating is for my most recent visit(to be fair, our first visit would have garnered ‘4’ stars, and if I worked out an average for all visits, they’d probably get a 3. I hope they get their act together. I haven’t shopped their store yet, I should note, so this rating doesn’t reflect that.

So I agree with all the others! Hiring dingbats who look and act miserable, great grocery & ice cream. Redneck, retarded or just close, I hate to love this place! I do wish that the health dept would make a surprise visit on a busy day and see what the back counter looks like… nasty!

They hire retards… excuse my not PC-ness. They aren’t real mentally challenged people, in fact I would be more sympathetic if they were, I would even applaud there effort in helping them. The employees are just miserable, useless, and look like they hate life. Even the Manager looked like he wanted to die, very un-friendly. but damn that’s good ice creams.

4 stars for the grocery area. They recently renovated and gave the supermarket portion more space and new equipment. Milk, bread, and other staples are cheaper than most groceries stores. It’s also mostly locally produced so the milk especially tastes fresher and better. Yummy ice cream and some of the frozen dinners are pretty good. 3 stars for the fast food part — good desserts and drinks, but just average burgers and fries.

Friend: Is there a gelato place nearby? Me: There’s a Braum’s right around the corner. Friend: That’s redneck gelato. And so it is, and you can think of this place as just one of the great variety of ethnic hangouts in this unique suburb. Burger and ice cream shake has every bit as much culture as falafel or pad thai. You’ve heard the«buy local» slogan. Take advantage of their mini mart, which stocks meat, produce, dairy, snacks, and … ice cream. Because Braum’s is a regional producer with their own farms, their products probably travel less distance than your average supermarket. And the prices are about the same, if not lower. Plus, you probably don’t have to drive as far, saving you gas and time.
