This is a large rehab center with about 4PT techs to every therapist. They are very nice and try to keep up, but during rush hour it is easy to feel like«one of the crowd» rather than an individual with special, unique needs. They try to accommodate with recliners for people who have back issues, but these are fabric instead of leather, so they serve as breeding grounds for germs rather than being hygienic. No one wears gloves or masks. There are a lot of older clients and it can be a challenge to wipe down each piece of equipment when busy. I’ve had PT in multiple locations over the years for various issues and this was my least favorite and least helpful. They did come highly recommended which was a bit disconcerting, but perhaps they do well for others. I would check them out and make sure you are comfortable with their practices and procedures before you sign up with them long term. They are polite and work to try to be accommodating. If they could just pass the cleanliness test.
