Legit Turkish food here. Not Mediterranean fusion. If you haven’t tried real Turkish cuisine, try this place. You won’t be disappointed.

It is a great restaurant to taste real Turkish kabobs. I had read one comment before I went there which said that the taste is better than the ones in Turkey and I thought that comment is a little bit exaggerated. But it turned out to be correct: they are indeed tastier than the ones you’d find in Turkey!!! The most important thing for me is their meat is Zabihah-Halal and the owner is pretty honest in that(saying that chicken is halal, beef and lamb are zabihah-halal). Some Muslim people might have put reservations since they’re serving alcohol; however for us the most important thing is what we could have as an zabihah halal and tasty option as it is not easy to find in the US. Me and my husband, we loved to be there and we look forward to our next visit :))

I had the Adana kabab(hopefully I’ve spelled it right) and it was surprisingly good. The place didn’t look like much from the exterior and there weren’t many people inside either but the kabab was very good. I didn’t like the rice much and the salad that came with it was a tiny bit too sour for me. The major downside for me is that the price seemed to be a little high for this place and the quantity wasn’t much(and I’m a pretty small person)

I found this place on Unilocal.Just fabulous food. The lamb chops are mouthwatering. So is the beyti plate. My daughter loved her lahmacun.

Great food and an awesome owner. Not the same group that ruined the last restaurant. Highly recommend the beef shish kabobs and Black Sea flat bread. The hummus is also some of the best I’ve had. They are open pretty late which is another plus. Slightly different food than Afrahs or Fadis but I like it better and it’s the same or a little cheaper

The food here is authentically Turkish. It is amazing! I love the music, atmosphere, and service. Everything on the menu is excellent and fresh; the food is made cook to order. It truly is a diamond in the rough. The owners, Kenan and Chef Tuna, are very welcoming. Additionally, their server, Peri, is a doll who is sure to make you feel at home(in a Turkish Paradise). Try this place and you won’t regret it!!! :D

Interesting place but don’t let the looks deceive you. It does look like an old beat up drive thru but you have to look past that. This is by far the best Mediterranean food that i have eaten. We tried the all meat platter and it was awesome. Any of their chicken was even so delicious that even my four year old loved it.

Fantastic cucumber & tomato salad, hummus and cacik. We had the sausage pizza — was good, but probably would not order next time. Will for sure return!

Great food. Had the chicken adana kabab. Really lived it. It goes well with the rice. My friend has the aheesk kabab and it was good too. The chicken was soft and juicy. We also shared a falafel plate which was also good. Came out to be a little on expensive side though. $ 18.xx with tip and taxes.

I typically refrain from writing reviews until I’ve tried a place a few times, however this place was so incredibly good that I decided to go ahead and review it. Some of the reviews say that the place looks a little shady, but I didn’t think it was bad at all, but maybe I was expecting the worst from the reviews I read. We started out with the Hummus, which was top notch, and also the feta rolls, which was pretty good. We ordered the Black Sea Flat Bread, which was exactly like I thought it would taste, AMAZING! We also ordered the Adana Kebab plate, and it was absolutely perfect, the meat was spiced perfectly and the rice was excellent. I came in expecting good food due to the reviews, and my expectations were surpassed!

A hidden gem that truly needs to be discovered. My wife and I have been here several times since I first saw them on Unilocal sometime around Fall of 2015. Located in what seems to be a former fast food outlet, the décor isn’t much(a few flat screen Tv’s constantly play Turkish tourism related stuff) and the place always seems empty and that’s a shame because the food is absolutely delicious. My wife and I usually stick to the amazingly delicious, mixed grill plate as our entrée of choice, but every other stuff we have tried– the lahmacun, acili ezme, Turkish flan, shalgam suyu– have been better than at any other Turkish restaurant we have eaten. The co-owners(the maitre’d/waiter and the chef) work real hard to conjure up some amazing Turkish food and truly deserve way more recognition than they currently receive. So, head on there folks and prepare to be amazed!

From the outside, you may have second thoughts. When you step inside, same. BUT the food is quite yummy. I had the grilled chicken kabobs, good. The rice with vermicelli was flavorful too. I could check in and get the free hummus. They don’t serve it with pita, but more like a buttery French bread with sesame seeds. Next time I will get the lamb kabob my friend had. It was better than mine lol

Do not judge this book by the cover. This is my second time there and it blew me away again. This place is such a gem– authentic Turkish and the only other patrons on a Friday night were Turkish. It’s got a strange atmosphere in a repurposed Burger King but amazing food. Total hole in the wall!

Found this place on Unilocal(thank you fellow Unilocalers). It’s West of I 75 on Arapaho in what used to be a Burger King i think. But they’ve almost totally redon the place on the inside it’s very clean and open. They even have a stage for live performances. It was lunch and I was feeling half starved. I ordered Hummus, a Turkish Pizza(Lahmacun) and a Chicken Shish Plate. I liked the Hummus it was tasty without being over wrought. The bread that came with the hummus wasn’t the usual pita bread it was thick like french bread(which seemed unorthodox but was really tasty). The Turkish Pizza had a little ground lamb, parsley, onion, tomato on a thin crispy crust. I really liked this dish for it’s flavor I could see having a couple of these with friends as a shareable app over drinks. It’s good without being heavy at all. The Chicken Shish Plate. This dish was grilled chicken over rice with an iceberg salad. The chicken was wonderful almost had a melt in your mouth feel(until I let it get cold) it had the perfect amount of char and seasoning. The rice was firm yet tender and was a perfect compliment to the chicken. I do wish they had chosen to use a darker more robust lettuce as the Iceberg really didn’t add anything tangible to the meal. All in all I really liked this place. And for $ 16.12 before tip it’s a great value as well. Go check them out…

Needed some afternoon pick me up and Istanbul fit the bill. Two eggs, ground beef, mozzarella all on pizza dough baked in a brick oven! Ah heaven in Istanbul.

I went there last night with friends and family. The hummus was good and also the bread. The olvies and the feta were also good. My only complaint its that pita bread should be complimentary. Other than that good turkish food.

Affordable lunch. … Friendly staff. … pool tables, full bar, and a dance floor if I ever swing by at night! $ 6.95 lunch specials. That’s awesome. I checked in for the 1st time and I was able to redeem for a complimentary hummus!
