I noticed Custom Jewelers of Richardson received highly favorable reviews; naturally, I went in with pretty good confidence that Julie and Cindy would create a ring I would love. They exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service, professionalism, expertise, and creativity. They offered helpful advice throughout the process, and I could tell they truly love their craft. I am beyond pleased with my ring and with Custom Jewelers of Richardson.

Julie and Cindy do amazing work! I have used them several times, and they are truly gifted at the craft. The last work they did for me was very challenging. They had to do some very delicate, detailed work on an heirloom ring. When I got it back, I never imagined that the ring was going to look so amazing, especially at such a reasonable price. I get compliments on it all the time now. I wouldn’t recommend any other jeweler. I will always take my jewelry to Custom Jewelers!

Very kind ladies working the shop. Their hours are kind of weird, so be sure to call in before you go. Shop is a little hard to find – it’s not facing the plaza like most of the other shops in the square are, it’s behind it facing Collins. Can’t say much about the jewelry because I just went in to get some chain links off my watch, but they were very accommodating and friendly!
