Decided to stop in and hang out with my wife and was really surprised. The service was excellent atmosphere is super nice. Music was at a nice level too.
We just moved to Dallas and find a perfect place to hang. O and they have a $ 3 byob can’t beat it.

I was visiting from California last weekend and was in the mood to hookah. All my cousins recommended we go Casa Nova, and I can see why! What sets this place apart from any other place, besides its beautiful ambiance, is the customer service. When I was there, I believe the owner’s mom was taking care of the lounge. The owner’s mom was very nice, and went way out of her way to make sure my visit was as comfortable as possible. It was awesome that she was even changing up the music to match her customers (I.e. Bollywood, Persian, etc.).
If I lived nearby, i would definitely be a regular but I’m definitely going to hit up this spot every time I visit from CA. Thanks so much for a wonderful time Casa Nova!

This place is amazing! The ambience is on point and the service is the best in Dallas. Many hookah places have lost the touch of welcoming a customer but this place and its employees haven’t skipped a beat. The hookahs are always clean, and the charcoal service is always on time. Don’t waste your time at any other hookah bar, if you’re in Dallas and want a fun time with a great atmosphere go to Casanova!

Really enjoyed coming out on a Friday night! Loved the staff! They were all friendly and I meet some awesome people and we had a blast dancing to the music. I just wish it was more like Dubai in Knoxville Tennessee, that had lazers going along with the music.

Okay hookah but had a great atmosphere. The staff was pretty consistent with me though I have read other reviews on here saying that sometimes they aren’t, so just keep that in mind. Overall, place was chill, dark and perfect for meeting up with friends and having a smoke sesh.

When we arrived, the music was so low, we had to ask them to turn the volume up. Almost felt like I was sitting in the waiting room of a doctors office. Our hookah was not hitting good. Our waiter was not attentive. Overall, this place was just okay!

Loved it here. We came in around 5:00 the first time. Awesome and relaxing. Customer service was top notch. Moe was amazing. Smoke was awesome. It had the best atmosphere of any of the hookah lounges around. This is my go to place for relaxation and atmosphere.

I spent $ 42 on a pineapple hookah with a chilled hose and I’m not sure why. Don’t get me wrong, the customer service was 100% awesome, but the hookah itself didn’t have heavy smoke and the chilled hose wasn’t very cold. I’m only giving this place 2 stars because of the customer service. I had a much better experience at another location about a mile away last week. I chose Casanova because the other spot was packed tonight. I left pretty dizzy with a headache and won’t be returning.

The place is a great, low key chill spot. Service was good and had plenty of hooka options. Get there early if you plan on going on a Saturday night, can get kinda packed.

We came from out of town and were shocked by the rates and rules at some of the other spots. We ended up at Casanova kind of randomly but were so glad to find it. The owner, a wonderfully kind and chatty Lebanese-​American lady took great care of us, along with her trusty sidekick Bana. They provided excellent service, gave us extra desserts, and made sure we never had old coal. We were so happy we came back the next night too. The ambiance is lax and comfortable. The hooka is fairly priced and Bana is excellent at keeping it running. We were kind of dressed up in festive attire and no one gave us a bother. A very pleasant experience. Writing this review three months later bc it was memorable. If we ever end up in Dallas again we will come here and I’m sure we will be remembered.
