The employees here are as stupid as a box of rocks. If you go through the drive-thru make sure to check your order before you leave. It’s likely to be wrong. I worked at McDonald’s for 3 years and I’ve never seen such incompetence — from the drive-thru, to the cashier to the cook. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an A1 Bacon Tendercrisp. When I got home it was just a regular chicken sandwich. I drove back to get the correct sandwich and I was served attitude like it was my fault they got the order wrong. If you happen to get the rude girl as your cashier, the one with the phone attached to her head, the one that has to look at the menu to see what an A1 Bacon Tendercrisp is, you may as well just turn around and walk out.

Breakfast is good. Coffee is a little icky. Much better than I remember it from years ago. Primarily Spanish speaking today, behind the register and clientele. Warm and cozy for a burger king.

Possibly the worst Burger King experience I’ve had. I came in and ordered a #4 from their breakfast menu and ordered a ice coffee. Instead, I got a cup of chocolate milk. I went back and ask them that I wanted a Ice coffee and they basically ignored my preference. They wouldn’t even make me a new cup saying«the ice coffee is in there. It just tastes a little bit like chocolate» it was extremely upsetting. I asked the server for a cup of water and she slammed a cup in my face telling me the soda machines over there. However, the god forsaken machine is «out of order» so I gave her my cup. To my surprise, I didn’t get my cup back. Horrible service

Slow and understaffed early in the morning. I can see the ones that are working trying their best! But hire more people!

I love this Burger King. I stop there often for breakfast either inside or to go. The morning staff is always helpful and eager to please. This morning it was pouring rain outside so I did the drive-thru get a couple of sausage burritos and a large Mocca Frappé(hmmmm good) and they thru in a bag of tater tots too. How nice is that!!!

Recently updated inside and out so it is very clean inside and out! Smiles when you enter and quick service. It’s fast food so it’s above other places just due to remodel and service. Tv’s while you eat so it’s comfortable and relaxing. Bathrooms very clean which is always a nice find in a fast food place!

Who doesn’t enjoy the flame broiled taste of a Burger King Whopper? Lot’s of people must because this place always has a nice crowd and the drive through is BUSY! But that doesn’t mean a long wait. Service is fast and they always get it right! Do you wan’t ranch dressing to go with your new Satisfries? YES! Have it your way! Wan’t extra mayo! Of course precious… HAVEITYOURWAY Refill your drink 10 times. No problem! Have it your way! Gilding the lily is the GLAM and hyper POSH new building! Imported black brick. Romantic and stylish lighting. Wifi? OFCOURSE! PC Power outlets… maybe 30 or more! And the service! Sincere and sure to please! And some of the male managers are total honey-bunnies! I go here at LEAST once a week!

This is the SLOWEST so called FASTFOOD. they are always under staffed. It takes forever to get your order, and they screwed up my order twice in one day. If you want to eat lunch here, I hope you have an extendes lunch to do so. Today i ordered a frappé and it took 8 minutes to get it. The workers move slower than a damn turtle, they have no sense of time and or urgency. Yeah the building is new and the service SUCKS!

Clean and obviously newer building. The interior is nice but the full menu is not represented inside as it is at the drive thru. The cashier seemed stressed out with minimal personality although she did offer ketchup. She was knowledgeable about how to type in a sausage muffin with no cheese(sounds funny but many people at fast food places don’t know how to do simple procedures like that!) BUT I ordered a sausage muffin with no egg AND no cheese… got egg but no cheese… half right. *huff* The drink station was clean and well stocked. The floors and counters were clean too. I’ll not go out of my way to come here but it was ok.

This restaurant was recently torn down and rebuilt. The new one in the same location is now open. We decided to give it a try and compare with the old one. I would not give the new one any stars if Unilocal allowed that. There is no longer any playground for kids. None of the tables can be moved together for groups. They are all fixed in place so the restaurant is no longer group friendly. Service was horrible. There were not many people in there but the orders kept coming out wrong. In one case the order had to be sent back three times before they got it right. Wait times were very long. Almost everyone in the restaurant was waiting for their orders. Wait times averaged 10 – 15 minutes per order. When I finally got my order it wasn’t hot as I was expecting. It was barely warm. The whole experience was very disappointing. Not worth going back for again. My friends who have been there agree. They had the same experience. I don’t know what BK had in mind when they tore the old one down and built this one in its place but they failed miserably. Service and food in the old one was much better. BTW if you do go, don’t get the sweet tea, it tastes awful.

This Burger King just recently opened as an entirely new restaurant. The place has some drawbacks though. First I do not think whomever was laying out the parking lot really took into consideration the flow of traffic and the parking spaces themselves. This lot is difficult to maneuver around in and if you use the front drive your only exit is east on Campbell. We visited today and no doubt today was not a good day for the employees. The line of customers was backed up when we entered after 1PM and getting your food was slow-slow-slow. The area around the drink fountain was a total mess as there were spilled drinks all over the place. I used about 15 napkins to clear a spot large enough so that we could get our drinks without getting wet. The food was just warm, as apparently it and been sitting and it took a manager to get the food on a tray and to us. I think the place is going through start up fatigue and we will go back in a few weeks to see if they have they act together. OH! – the iced tea container was empty as was the catsup. When an employee tried to hook up the bag of catsup, the stuff went all over the inside of the counter. Had to get a bucket of water to clean the mess up. An interesting lunch that turned into an adventure.

Recently demolished the old, dated building. A completely new and updated building is now finished and open for business. Open 24 hours.

This has been burnt down and is out of commission currently. Edit: they are an active business now, and your usual Burger King. Good customer relations, also.

I would give less than one star If that were possible. This is the nearest BK to my home, and I have lived here 30 years. I bet I have not been to this BK6 times in 30 years. I LOVE the Whopper, but this place was just too nasty, and the service was horrible. Mostly, it was impossible to communicate with he counter help as English was far from being their second language. Well, Imagine my joy when I saw it was leveled to the ground! So glad it is gone.

It’s fast food, about as homogonized as possible. Service here is ABYSMAL… If you’re working, you’re supposed to work the hours listed, not come in for a few hours then have to leave to do an after school activity. I walk in and nobody is even near the registers to take orders. 2013-03-15: Building has been demolished. Not sure if this was because it was consistently under performing or because of a accident, but hopefully it’ll re-think itself so it can compete with the McDonalds and Raising Caines across the street.

As a UTD student I’ve been here way too many times to count, but usually through the drivethrough. I only come inside when I’m with my youngest because the play area is small and better suited for a 2 year old than the 2 story towers you find at other fast food places around here. Usually the service is tolerable for fast food, but tonight took the cake. The manager was doing his best but unless he did things himself, they all went wrong. The cashier must be new because she didn’t understand how to use a register(or English for that matter). She kept getting the order wrong until… the manager stepped in. I was glad I paid by debit when she couldn’t even give the couple behind me accurate change for a $ 20 even when the register told her how much to give… So we only got one combo instead of two, the Kids Meal had apple slices instead of apple juice and my chicken sandwich wasn’t plain. That was from the screwed up order. I have no idea how the one person in the kitchen then read extra pickles as onions on my Whopper. So, you guessed it, the manager ducked back into the kitchen to make it himself. There was no ketchup in the pump, but they had packets. The restaurant is tolerably clean and the food was fresh, earning a star for each. They had TV menus which were clear to read but the mini commercials got annoying, especially when they periodically take over all the menu screens! The one competent worker was on the drivethrough, so that is the safest option here. Just double check your order before you drive off!

I took the cashier 5 minutes to take out order, and 10 minutes to get our food. Still the same bad service same owner when i went to UTD. I don’t know why i went back there.

Dad is in a nursing home and complains non-stop about the food. So he also wanted to escape so we came here. No wait. Very nice. Quick service. As we about to leave, I went back to the counter to ask for something to wrap up his uneaten food. She had me bring his fries up to the front and she rewrapped the burger in a fresh paper wrap and added his fries to a take-out box which she then put in a sack to make it easier to carry! She was so nice. Burgers were good as usual.

I walked in a Sunday morning because the wife was sick and I thought I’d surprise her with breakfast — a BK Croissan’wich. Well, as my luck would have it, I arrived close to lunch time and the menu had nothing but burgers on it. So I was nervous I was too late. I stood there, waiting for someone to come to the counter, but the girl that was mopping the floor was too busy with her Ipod to deal with me or call someone to help me. Finally, 4 – 5 minutes later, the counter person came out of the bathroom and asked me if she could help me. «Are you still serving breakfast?» «No. That ends at 10:30.» «okay… thanks…» That’s 4 – 5 minutes I’ll never get back.
