Starbucks

Same taste good old taste. But really.20 minutes to get through the drive through.

Needing some caffeine comfort, I sat in a café off the Champs-​Élysées in Paris and ordered a latte. The waiter gave me a quizzical eyebrow look and questioned «latte»? I nodded «oui». Frenchie then returned with a cup of tea. TEA??! I SAID LATTE!
WHAT’S COOL about Starbucks, they never make that mistake and if you’re ever homesick while traveling abroad, just step into Starbucks and BAM! It’s like you never left your American city home. I like the Portola store because of the easy parking, choice between table or couch seating, and the cozy fireplace.
WHAT’S UNCOOL about SBs:
–When someone gets their drink before me, even though I ordered first
–When they short me a couple of ounces on a 16 oz cup
–When they ask for my name to write on the cup. I silently giggle and say «Al Coohalic»
–The calories that accompany an ExtraHotGrandeCaramelMarchiato
Did you know the Starbucks logo is a sea siren, a two-​tailed mermaid whose songs would lure sea men to their deaths. Seductive siren = seductive drink. Earlier versions of the logo displayed the nekkid mermaid in its entirety, navel revealed and two tails spread Penthouse style. Now that’s a cup quote.

Just spent an hour here doing some work on wifi while having a frap. About 7 people working and yet people are still waiting 15+ minutes for a drink. A bunch of young employees running around, screaming, singing, ass-​grabbing, laughing hysterically, cussing, talking about their tampons,… (notice I never mention actually working). They’re friendly, but I’d rather they shut the f%#^ up and try working. An embarrassment to Starbucks or any business. It’s no wonder there are so many bad Unilocal reviews about slowness and incorrect orders. The people that like it (even those I saw in the store) are regulars who enjoy the banter from «old friends».

Drive thru literally took me 20 to 30 min. I ordered a venti iced coffee with Splenda. Clearly couldn’t even make that. I also ordered an iced green tea latte wasn’t made right either. First and last time going there

Starbucks just has the worst coffee in the world. Don’t know why it is so bitter and nasty it just is. This place is so crowded in the morning I guess they are just like lemmings coming without questioning what the coffee is like. Wish it wasn’t so but it is.

Been to this Starbucks location many times. The flavor of their fraps are inconsistent. They never made it the same way. Sometimes they make it right and most of the time it tastes wrong. This location is the closest to work so I usually come here. I have to reconsider going to another Starbucks even if it takes longer and I have to drive further.

They had no cake pops and the man give me bad attitude… Took more half another on drive thru. Bad customer service…

Who gives Starbucks less than four stars? These are the haters but they always come back
for more coffee. We used the drive thru, quick and friendly service.

Such a great barista Emily, so friendly and helpful I wish I’d live in the area so I can be a regular here, come to moreno ball Emily, I haven’t tipped in a long time at Starbucks but I just had to tip Emily

Mehhhhhhhh… I only come to this particular Starbucks if my daughter is driving me crazy for a frap. Not a big fan of the service and finding parking can be a headache… I’ll use the drive thru if its not being blocked.

Skip this starbucks and drive to the next one, I went inside cause the line in the drive through was long. One person ordering then me, yes! Good choice to go in. Wrong! They were unable to make the person before me drink so they had to refund her money. (Took 3 people to accomplish). Finally called my name but no that’s not what I ordered. Needed a remake but had to wait for the «manager??» (I’m guessing on that one) to finish correcting (arguing) with the counter girls on how to properly take down orders. Very unprofessional.

My local Starbucks, I come here often with my husband. Staff is nice and if there is an issue with anything they fix it without the attitude I’ve gotten from other Starbucks. We always get the same drinks and nobody makes them better than this one for some reason. I’ve had drinks made with too much ice or too strong/​bitter coffee but not here.

They are so nice and my coffee tastes the best here one time I ordered a frappuccino I didn’t like and they switched it out with out a problem so they kept their «barista promise»

Really need to stop coming to this location
Order is always wrong and have to wait a long time
Would rather drive farther away to a better stArbucks
Also they don’t taste that good here either

The location sucks the parking and shopping center is so small friendly service I do have a complaint but I’m sure just like any place they have their days…2stars for good drinks and nice people no stars for making My venti drink a grande in a venti cup for asking for no ice! Thank you very much haha

Starbucks should be embarrassed by this location. One person in line ahead of me ordered a soda. I ordered an iced coffee. Both waits almost 20 minutes for our drunks. When asked about them, we were each separately told our drinks were «in line.» When asked to speak to a manager, my question was rudely evaded. Terrible customer service. I buy from Starbucks on an almost daily basis and I have never experienced such terrible service before.

Although the drive thru does get backed up often I find this Starbucks to be faster than most. The employees are always pretty friendly, I’ve never encountered anyone rude here. They don’t run out of things as often as other stores also. When they are out of something they aren’t all annoying about it like some of the other locations, maybe they’re just trained better, idk. I also like that they give my puppy dog biscuits, he loves coming with me. I’d rather wait til I’m close to home to go to this one most of the time.

My husband and I enjoy coming to the Starbucks at least once or twice a week we always bring our dogs with us the barista always give us dog treats which is really sweet

This is another Starbucks not much different from all the others. This place is close to my work and I come here often to pick up coffee. Nothing special or spectacular but one thing I like about this place is that it’s never busy so I am usually in and out in under two minutes the drive-​through is also very convenient and quick. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating and I have never had any issues with them. The place is otherwise clean everything is always refilled.

It’s Starbucks… there are no surprises as far as the flavor but the staff here are very nice and friendly. There are a few tables available for those who want to do some reading while enjoying some coffee.
I would recommend it if you are in the area but it seems to be more geared toward the drive-​in customers
